The chef really outdid themselves, creating a variety of wonderful dishes that each stood out in flavor and presentation. Unlike many other places where the flavors can blend together, here, you could taste each ingredient distinctly. The textures were also just right, making for an exceptional dining experience.
We’re already planning our next visit! If you’re looking for an authentic and memorable Chinese dining experience, with exceptional service and food that shines, look no further.
$45 “whole Peking duck” ended up to be 2 halves of a sliced quarter leg and 2 halves of a sliced wing with a massive piece of lettuce underneath to make it look bigger. Very dry and far from being tasty.
A “very friendly” woman on reception was saying that someone else had already picked my order till I manually pointed her to my order located next to her.
Egg drop soup was warm but not hot. No steam came off of the soup when i opened the container (we traveled 8mins from the restaurant to home). Not a winner.
Egg rolls were tasty. Good amount of veggies inside. These were winners.
In a to-go box of General Tso’s chicken: 8 chunks of chicken and steamed rice. Add the egg roll and a small egg drop soup to make it a combination and get charged almost $13. For that amount of money i was expecting a bit more chicken. Not a winner.
Customer service was exceptional. They best have it be top notch if they continue to have food that is lacking.
-Update to business response.
I never asked for anything free. A business should detail the cost of the item requested and not just ignore the order. I’ve never paid for condiments in the past from other establishments but would have been happy to pay whatever cost to have my meal prepared the way I ordered it. For you to insinuate that I would want anything for free and that I’m not a business owner is highly offensive and shows the lack of respect you have for your customers and is why my new face will never show face in your establishment again. Reviews don’t hurt a business a review is simply a reflection of the service provided and the goods rendered. Try working on your customer service and valuing your customer.
