Honestly, if you want good Chinese, go to an authentic Chinese restaurant. We go here for dinner once in a while only because our favorite Chinese place has great lunch menus but is pricey at dinner time. This place is the same price all day. Service is pretty fast and you can see what you’re going to get which, I guess, is a plus. But the food is strictly meh.

Hard to say if this is a good location. Flavor was very good but they lack customer service. When we went in it was empty. There was no beef it the BEEF w/broccoli. We were told they would get more right away and tell us. It never happened. Then, we noticed they took forever to complete new order and a 10 person line formed… after being empty… that’s how slow they employees were. They need management. Again, good food but bad service.

I eat here about 2-3 days a week, food is absolutely great!! The manager of this location is very cool super chill. Some workers are new and still learning but as long as they are patient with me I will be patient with them. This is an update I reviewed this place when it first opened. Keep up the good work! Hoping I can write another excellent review in a few months.

Ordered a kids meal and the person who was putting my food in the container was very nice when all of a sudden the lady behind him said he put to much food in my container and started taking it out in front of me making a scene. I thought that was very disrespectful and unprofessional of her to do as well as inappropriate. Next time workers should do that behind customers back. Not only did she embarrass me she also embarrassed the young kid.

Staff was friendly. Food was ok. Got a 2 entree combo. They put the other items onto a plate while they made the new batch of bourbon chicken as they were out when I first got there. It took about 7-8 minutes. The bourbon chicken was hot and fresh but the other items on my plate were cold. It wasn’t that busy when I was there.

You can get better Chinese food at quite literally any other family-owned Chinese restaurant in the area. This was my first and last time trying Panda Express. The food was barely edible and very disappointing. The rice was so bland and the veggies were hard as if they were never cooked. The chow mein was super dry and also has no flavor. The chicken was too fatty and the breading was soggy. The lemonade I got was decent but it had no ice in it so it was disgustingly room temperature.

So I called to let them know this was in my drink. I have no idea if they clean their soda fountains. I ordered through door dash and I drank this about halfway. I had no idea this was in here, I only found out it was when I dumped the rest of the soda into the sink the next day to throw it out. They said I can get a free drink, but went on to claim that they weren’t missing any knobs from their soda fountain which okay it was probably replaced, but were acting as if I was making stuff up. I don’t own a soda machine so I have no idea what this thing is called. All I know is I drank this and there’s gunk inside of it and it was gross. There was no apologies for it. Just “bring it in when you can” So, maybe if they had better customer service I wouldn’t have left this review because I do enjoy Panda Express a lot, but they clearly don’t care. Be careful because you might be drinking this one day too.

There was a time fortune cookies were novel: the gold rush. There was a time orange chicken wasn’t everywhere: 1987. This restaurant on this coast is almost forty years too late. What’s most tragic is passing at least six better Chinese restaurants traveling here. Everything has been sitting. It’s mediocre at best. I’ve had the popular honey California walnut shrimp and California orange juice chicken; it’s always cold. The black pepper sirloin steak didn’t disappoint.

Fantastic food. The app makes it really easy to order online. They run a little behind on pick-up times by about 5 minutes which isn’t bad considering. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare with all the other shops right there.
