Ordered a large veggie pizza for my kids. Received 3 medium meat pizzas which we cannot eat ( lent) with garlic knots. Then 10 minutes later, I received multiple phone calls from the delivery driver which I missed. Later, I found out that the delivery driver was told by their manager to come back to our house and demand the pizzas back even after my kids had opened them. I called to let them know the situation, and the manager was very rude and did not apologize for their mistake. I don’t know about anyone else, but I would NOT want someone else’s tampered food

This location is atrocious. If we order take out it almost always takes 45-50 minutes to finish, it’s never ready when it’s supposed to be, and they always blame it on being short staffed. If we order delivery they always forget something, 2 liter, desert, sauce. One time they forgot an entire small pizza and when we called to ask about it they said “come get it” as if we didn’t order delivery for a reason. If you want a correct order in a timely manner I’d recommend getting food literally anywhere else.

Ordered online yesterday Christmas Day for dinner. Go to pick up my order the lights are off. There is people working. Door is locked. Man comes to door and says they are closed. Well I had waited an hour for my order to be ready and was able to place a order hmmm…
So now after waiting an hour I still have no food to feed my family and could’ve planned on something else. This was a huge inconvenience. And they obviously were not closed.

I thought i would give the place a try again after a while. From lost orders to waiting forever for cold pizza, I hadn’t had great experiences. Little did I know that was only preparing me for my worst experience. There was literally nothing right with my order. I ordered a combination of pizza and sandwiches and none of the toppings were correct, we didn’t even get the sandwiches and everything was cold. I will never go back to this location.

This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location, but we thought we’d give it another try. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when we opened our pizza and found the crust all weird (some thick and then some thin). We had paid for bacon and there was none. We still attempted to eat it and found that there was hardly any chicken! There were several pieces that had no meat on them; and then the pieces that did have chicken it was one small piece. For the same price and better quality we will go to one of the other pizza places that are just a few blocks further.

Place is great when a certain female manager is not there. When she is, online ordering goes down, phones don’t get answered, attitude when you walk in to order. It’s ridiculous. When she is there, 50/50 chance you get the right order. How ownership has allowed her to stay there is beyond me. Unless she is part of ownership which would be terrifying. Attached is a picture of how I received my order one night. I believe this was due to me placing an order shortly before close. Like 25 minutes.

No cheese should mean no cheese correct? Nope and we were told “it clearly states” rather than acknowledging the ambiguity of the situation. Customer is definitely not right any of the time here. Thankfully there are much better pizza places like Strongs and others coming soon.
**UPDATE: the GM Jason contacted me to resolve the issue without hassles. Much appreciated. Two things: Dominos needs to change their menu to be less ambiguous. If you say no cheese you mean no cheese for a reason. Second, if the GM is the only that can handle complaints let the customer know. Most of us will be more likely to appreciate being told that rather than being dismissed. Thanks!
