Got the beach club and it had on slice of turkey barely and avocado and tons of cheese, I pad almost $9 for a cheese sandwich, horrible I won’t be back to this location anytime soon.

The hoagie roll was good, however for the money that I spent there was very little meat or cheesein the sandwich. I was very disappointed with a quality of the food and I will not be eating there again. The service was excellent even though I wasn’t happy with the food.

A decent Jimmy John’s overall, but it looks like getting orders right is a consistent problem at this location. Can I suggest that you at least switch to leaf lettuce instead of shredded so I don’t have to spend five minutes scraping every shred of lettuce off my sandwich when I order it with no lettuce.

i come here frequently bc i love jimmy johns and is the only one around. seems though they are very forgetful and never get my order right weather i order on the app or in store. leaving items off of my sub that come on there orginally or just not reading the ticket properly and missing items i added on. i’m tired of having to go back in constantly to get my sandwich’s remade

Zero stars. 1) HAIR IN MY FOOD. 2)Asked me if I would be including a tip with my purchase—what?? Then left a portion of my order out. I called management with order # as well as asked for the missing portion of order in person the next time I ordered and he stated I would need to rectify it within 48 hours. Horrible customer service.

Husband and I stopped by after our workout this past Wednesday night (7/9). Not only were the sandwiches perfect, the service was super friendly and the guy making the sandwiches was singing the whole time he made them. And when I tell y’all this man had an AMAZING voice, like we literally just listened in wonder while we were waiting – y’all need to put this guy on your commercials or something honestly!
