Everything we ordered was incredibly fresh and clean-tasting. We had the sushi & sashimi combination, added a few extra sushi pieces, and also enjoyed the tempura udon. Every single bite made us pause and say “wow” because the flavors were so pure and delicious.
The staff were also very friendly. I visited with my mom, and she normally doesn’t eat tuna because she finds it too fishy—but she tried the tuna here and absolutely loved it. I did too!
Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we enjoyed every moment of our meal. Highly recommend!

Our waitress was wonderful and super kind.
We got gyoza and edamame for appetizer – and they were delicious!
We got the salmon avocado roll, sea world roll + a sushi and sashimi bento box for the lunch special. The sushi was delicious. The rice to sushi/fish combo was great, just what you want it to be.
My grandma always used to say “if the miso soup is good, you know it’s a good Japanese place” and this miso soup was to die for!!!!
Would definitely come back! 9.7/10

I visited Tomo Sushi and had an absolutely amazing experience. The sushi was incredibly fresh and melted in my mouth. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Everything from the food to the service was perfect. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

I hate to say it because the people seemed nice, but this was the worst sushi I ever had. We ordered Toro, and it seemed still frozen. I had to spit it out into a napkin. I tried to power through and see if the other pieces were better and had to spit it all out. The fried rice was good. Some of the other pieces of sushi were okay. I did mention how bad the toro was to the waiter, and he didn’t do anything about it, so 2 stars for service and 1 star for food.

Sushi tastes great i just wish the rolls were more compact and smaller because it was so hard to fit the rolls in your mouth cause they were so wide. If they could make them smaller it would be much more enjoyable to eat

The best sushi I’ve ever had and my families really loves it as well. The owner and staffs are amazing and I could see why many people come back to order. Even their bento boxes are delicious and so filling. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Dallas area.

The sushi was Amazing! Me and my daughter enjoyed and the miso soup was good. The customer service team was great and was very nice . Whenever you want to go this is the best place ever put it on your list . We ordered a lot of stuff and the total was 17 bucks and is super cheap and tasty

We tried Tomo Sushi for the first time when they had a deal (coupon for a free California roll w/purchase). We were so glad we tried this place! We got the Better Together Roll and a Spicy California Roll… and were too full to order more. I enjoyed watching them make the sushi when I walked up to the bar area. The service was very attentive, nice atmosphere inside the restaurant, and the food was VERY good. Best sushi I’ve tasted in Flower Mound.
