I had a deeply upsetting and unacceptable experience at this Papa Murphy’s last night.
I picked up pizza and a salad. When I saw the salad, the lettuce was visibly wilted. I very politely asked the employee if it could be swapped for another salad. She immediately rolled her eyes and responded, “This was made today!” I calmly said that I understood, but asked again if there was another salad I could swap it for.
I then explained that my daughter has autism and is a very picky eater, and that she would not eat wilted lettuce. I was clear that I was not trying to be difficult or picky. I just asking for a reasonable swap. Instead of simply grabbing another salad from the fridge directly behind her (which contained several salads), she stormed off to the back, clearly annoyed. She returned with two salads, handed me one with a grin, and I thanked her. Before I even exited the store, I heard her openly talking and laughing with another employee about me, stating that she had given me the same salad. This was humiliating, degrading, and completely unprofessional. I was polite throughout the entire interaction. There was absolutely no reason for this to escalate, and there is no excuse for mocking a customer especially after being told the request was related to a child with autism. This showed a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and respect. What should have been a simple pickup order turned into an embarrassing and upsetting experience.

Staff here are always friendly and cheerful, and my order is always ready on time. I love that they take EBT, and with their specials and rewards program in the app, it’s great value for the money!

I tried the trick they suggested at the store, to roll my pizza!!! And omg it was AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!! I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese (ofc we Love cheese) and got amazing help from the staff. They went beyond making us feel welcome and answering the tons of pointless questions we had! Great job ladies!!!

The pizza is what you expect to get from Papa Murphy’s. We like it or our family wouln’t have a weekly pizza night for almost 20 years. However, the quality of how it is put together is hit and miss at this location. We moved a couple years ago and had to change the location we go to. I don’t know if we are still getting used to this new location or we just miss the previous one where they knew us when we walked in. Some weeks the pizzas are put together really well with the amount of toppings you would expect spread out with care. Other weeks it’s obvious the pizza was thrown together in a rush: toppings all dumped in the middle with little attention to the placement. I’ve had to “rebuild” them a time or two so they would cook evenly. Some weeks the greeting when you walk in is upbeat and friendly, other weeks… not so much. Having worked in customer service for 30+ years, I know we all have ‘off’ days and these kids are still learning how to set that aside and put a smile on their face and in their voice even when they don’t feel like it. We just have to be patient.

My family orders pizza from this location every Friday for the past five years. Always great service. However, the last two times I’ve ordered online and walked in to pick up my order it hasn’t been ready. I always show up 10-15 minutes after the time they say it will be ready. Every once in a while is fine but it’s turning into every time now. I do appreciate the convenience of this shop and will return.

BEWARE: THEY DON’T SELL COOKED PIZZA
I went in this evening to order a cheese pizza, PAID MONEY for my pizza, and they delivered a RAW PIZZA and told me they do not bake their pizza. Customers are supposed to take the raw pizzas home and do the cooking themselves. I can’t believe I left a *tip* for this scam!
