I usually go there in the mornings to get their bagel sandwiches those are delicious. Yesterday I ordered a chicken cheeses teak sandwich meal combo, not only is the cashier who seems to be the owner or manager rude, but the sandwich was the nastiest sandwich I have ever had in my life. I wanted to go back there and get my money back or get another sub but it was nasty! Disgusting. Never again only their breakfast sandwiches are good

Order a large sweet potato fry online and when I went in to receive them.. they were burnt. I go to ask for them to remake and the lady behind the counter tried to convince me that that is how they come. I told her , I just had them the day before and they did not come like this. With an attitude she snatched the bag and remade them. But I will not be ordering from there again. Service was terrible and I found a regular fry in my bag. On top of that the large sweet potato fry is 7 dollars and it looks like a small.

Stopped in here on a whim, had a great sandwich! Loved their corned beef warm sub.

The food was okay, we had the DC Cheese steak combo. There was plenty of food served. I did think it was strange that refills weren’t permitted, but I’m not from DC, so maybe that’s normal.

Horrible food horrible people and horrible service. I ordered a cheesesteak combo. The guy that took my order understood me enough to take my money, but didn’t do what I asked, which was to toast my bread on the grill. That’s not complicated just put the bread on the grill and let it toast. They couldn’t do that. Everything was undercooked the cheesesteak, the onions, the peppers, the fries and the bread. I went back in and asked if he could make another one. He told me they don’t toast the bread, and couldn’t make another one unless I paid for it. The guy that took my order suddenly doesn’t speak english. These people and this place is trash! I’m from out of town, so no possibility of me returning. The guy was very rude and disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. It felt like it was because I’m black.
