We had a great time this afternoon at Dew Drop Inn! The wife and I were in the neighborhood and thought we would do mid- afternoon drinks and dinner here. The vibe is great, total neighborhood atmosphere. My Manhattan was excellent, and my wife had a cocktail with cucumber vodka and it was really good, too.
The food was all excellent. Our mixed greens salad did not sound too exciting but it was mixed with a really good blue cheese dressing. The shoestring fries are perfect, exactly what I want out of a fry. But the standouts were the Bangkok mussels and Lamby Joe sliders! We used to eat at Jonesy’s Eat Bar, which was our favorite spot on 20th Street. It closed years ago, but they had Lamby Joe sliders and Thai curry mussels just like these. I’m not sure if this is the same chef but these are so good and tasty here at dew drop inn.
This place is awesome! Great service, laid-back atmosphere, good music playing overhead, great food. Exactly what an elevated neighborhood bar should be. Great spot!

I really wanted to like this place. The mussels were delicious and the patio was great. Unfortunately there were a lot of issues. I order a salad with ranch which came already covered in a vinaigrette wish a side of ranch. They corrected that quickly. The main issue we had was there was no dip for the French dip. It was delicious but the amount of the au jus was laughable. We were sharing and asked for a second cup. We asked five times. Finally they brought a second which was even more laughable. I was able to dip my cold half of my sandwich twice before the bowl was dry. I asked again and again and again. Everyone was done eating and I was still waiting for the dip portion of the sandwich. After asking three different people, they finally brought out a third bowl that was half oil which made me sick. I’ve been sick for three days. And when the bill came they charged me for extra au jus. Maybe list it as a roast beef sandwich? Their attitudes were not great about it. I wasn’t asking for a lot, just what I ordered. I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone who doesn’t want to pay extra for what they should have gotten or who doesn’t want to be tied to a toilet for three days. Do better!

Have been wanting to go here for so long! Certainly glad I finally did. All the food was delicious but the Bangkok mussels and whipped ricotta were by far our favorite dishes. The cocktails were very good as well, with a good variety. Ambiance is 10/10 especially when you add on the location. (Whipped ricotta not in the photo unfortunately ha)

Stopped in for the first time during the afternoon because my partner and I had 45 minutes to kill before an appointment and just needed something light to keep us going. The atmosphere was vintage, warm and dark, which I immediately felt right at home in. Service was great, and the food came out promptly. We shared a falafel sandwich, caesar salad and bowl of fries, all of which were delightful and totally hit the spot. I was charmed by this place, so glad to have discovered it and definitely will be hitting it up again next time we’re in the area!

Equal parts hip and cozy with welcoming lighting, old movies playing on the TV in the corner of the bar and always tasteful music playing which makes this a great place to meet up with friends for great cocktails and conversation. There’s an outdoor patio that is lovely on warm days tucked away just enough that the traffic doesn’t bother, but still feels urban. Happy hour has incredible prices on food and inventive, local cocktails. Every one of the mussel recipes is great and I love their shoestring fries plain, or dressed up in the many options they offer. The eggplant puree is a great accompaniment to any visit. I can’t say enough how thoughtfully this place was put together. I also have to mention that as someone who enjoys meeting up with friends, but also likes to go to places to read alone, Dew Drop is perfect for either of these. Very grateful to have this place in the neighborhood!

What a gem! We enjoyed both of their famous mussels, an assortment of their appetizers and the lamb sliders. Truly one of the most delicious meals I e had in a long time. The ambiance was perfect for catching up.
I have to add our delight at their mock tail and n/a beer selection. We capped the meal off with the perfect pallet cleansing orange poppy seed tea cake. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped in on a whim and had a lovely time. The tacos (ordered beef and the veggie) were delicious as were the drinks. Kristin was so nice to talk to and made an excellent recommendation for the orange cake and books to read :). All of the staff were attentive and friendly. Should I find myself back in Denver, I’ll make a point to stop by this wonderful spot again!

Got a few drinks with a friend that just needed to get out of the house. Reasonably priced delicious cocktails, and very attentive staff. The music from the neighboring bar wasn’t great for being on the patio, but that is picking nits. Great place.
