Count your days churches !!! This is my go to churches being that it is the only one in Slidell, I never really have a problem at all. Good always fresh, speedy service. But on today, which is my birthday I decided you know I don’t want nothing fancy, I just wanna chill and get some churches. Asked for extra gravy and this is what I get ♂️. I searched the bag inside and out making sure it didnt waste out of the bag or anything and lo and behold nothing was wasted so clearly this is how it was given to me. I’m really not one of those check the bag type of ppl before I pull off but the more and more things happen I see I have to become that person. I had to give you low stars on service due to yall not looking to see if it was gravy in there to serve. I Love yall for real churches but yall drop the ball on my extra gravy .

this experience was awful foid dry chicken wings was all honey no hit lemon pepper dripping all over the bag . del driver forgot my drinks we called and whoever unprofessional member said oke well come get it or fix it in the app wth u messed up why do I have to fix it . corn tasted like dish soap my mates 3 piece had unidentifiable dry chicken biscuits all mushed up and yout mac n cheese gross. terrible customer service its bad when a 3 year old says yuck its gross not lying it is and a total waste of money never ever again

The service is horrible at this site. They always mess your order up, never in a good way. You can hear a see the employees arguing in the back wear the food is. The dining area is always dirty.

Everytime we come here the person taking our order is rude (and I’ve grown up around here). We came at 4:49p.m. and got our food at 5:12p.m. for a idea of how long we waited. We tried to order the 10 peice family meal and we were told we couldn’t change out the sides, which is not what the sign said. So we ordered something else, was asked to pull around so we parked at the front of the building, an employee asked us to pull all the way around and the driver said they didn’t know to pull all the way around and Javon J.’s response (the one that made this whole experience a problem) was “I told you that” in a snide way. One of her trips back into the building she hit a vape as she was going in, pretty sure she didn’t wash her hands either which is a health standard and unprofessional. In a nutshell, we paid more money for less food with terrible customer service and waited 25 min ‘for biscuits’, it only takes about 15 min. Max for biscuits. The food is hot and the food is good which is the only thing good about this whole situation.

Horrible service had waited in line for 25 minutes. For two pieces of chicken, okra and sweet tea. People in from of me kept handing their drink cups back, wasn’t sure why until it was time for me to get my order. Once, I got my drink it was not filled to the top as usual, when I asked if they could please fill my cup as usual , I got a reply saying, no, this is how the machine fills it., but it was sweet tea from which you manually pour from the spout of the container.

All chicken places are not created equal. This location is very popular based on business but was mediocre at best. Food was ok and service was too. Best to go through the drive-thu and take it home. But be sure you have utensils and napkins before you leave.
