The Indian gentleman who seems to be there full time has terrible customer service skills. He will act like he doesn’t understand English when he feels like you’re asking for too much (like wrapping your sandwich in two halves) anywho: it’s Subway. And he does make the sandwich well. But I don’t tip when I see him. That’s just me.

I ordered a pickup order through the app & arrived to the store within 5 mins. Waited about 5 mins for my order to be ready. Lady told me I needed to throw the lilttle kids pizza I ordered in the microwave when I got home. I get home & I don’t think the pizza has been cooked at all lmao. I just put it in the oven for 15 mins. I believe she did this bc she thought it was a DoorDash delivery order instead of me picking up for myself. Only after I told her in person I was picking up an order I placed for myself did she warn me I’d need to cook the pizza. This just makes it obvious restaurants & obviously this subway give way less effort on orders they believe to be delivery orders. Idk but I feel like it’s crazy to tell a customer that sat in your restaurant waiting for their order to be completed that they need to heat up the food when they get home

This was my first time visiting this Subway location as it’s the closest location to my home and work and I will not be coming back. Instead, I will be driving to the other Subway locations even though they are slightly farther.

The staff/owners were quite rude and incredibly stingy about everything. I had a discount on my meal through my Subway rewards and I still feel like I got ripped off. My sub was incredibly under filled and all of the condiments and cutlery are behind the counter. When I asked for napkins they were reluctant to give them to me and I had to keep asking for them because they would only give me two at a time. If giving customers napkins is what’s going to bankrupt your business maybe you shouldn’t be in business.

Also, you should not talk about customers in your native language not just because it’s wrong but because you never know when they can understand you.

I hope the money saved on the napkins was worth it to the owners to lose a future customer.

I just paid $7 for a 6 inch sandwich smaller than my iPhone. If I wasn’t in a hurry for lunch I would have walked out. Absolutely ridiculous. Picture shows size comparison to a napkin. The man making has absolutely no personality.

The owners/workers are rude especially the older gentleman that’s always there. Definitely least friendly Subway I’ve ever been in. Their bread is ALWAYS dry, like it’s old. I doubt they put the correct amount of meat on the subs and they’re super stingy with veggies. I highly recommend just making g your way over the Subway on Sunset of you’re in this area. They’re food and customer service is SO much bettet

I add notes in my order to put extra lettuce and spinach and fresh bread. They used old bread and you can see pictures about extra veggie.
I went to complain. Owner was so rude and he was like don’t order to this location next time.

Little to no meat, barely sprinkles lettuce on my sub barely put spinach on it like 2 leafs. Then soaks my subs in sauces… I legit got a sauce sub… I ordered it so I couldn’t tell them to put more. This location is completely just being stingy with everything. Even the bread wasn’t fresh and old and hard. It’s called subway eat FRESH! This location was anything but fresh.

Please don’t waste your money here, I had a sub made for my parents by a young lady. She was very pleasant but the Indian guy that checked me out was very rude to her telling her she had put too many olives on the sub, very rude to say in front of a customer, but i guess that was his way of saying it to me but not to me. He told her only 6 olives should have been put on the sub..6 olives…(like really)and that they have a guide of how much to put on the subs. That’s ridiculous! If you’re paying your money you should get your sub made how you like it. They just lost customers, my parents won’t be getting Subs from here anymore.
