I always receive great customer service here. I get a chicken bacon ranch wrap quite often and it’s is always delicious. The ladies working today make the best wraps, always perfectly rolled with no mess. Angelina’s Sub Shop continues to deliver on what it does best—great food and great service. Over 30+ years of dining here, the consistency of their delicious subs has always been a highlight. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience every time.
That said, the restaurant itself feels a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. Many other spots in the area have undergone refreshes and look more modern, which makes Angelina’s stand out—not in the best way. A little effort to update the space could really elevate the experience and match the quality of the food.
Despite the ambiance, the food keeps me coming back, and I’d still recommend Angelina’s for anyone craving a solid sub. It’s a local gem, and with a bit of a refresh, it could shine even brighter.

absolutely horrible service today waited thirty mins for just popcorn chicken and mack and cheeses bites which when we got home it was mozzarella wedges. the workers where disrespectful talking shit about someone the whole time! She also waited till she made three sandwiches when our food was done to hand us our food and it sounded like she sick. all she was doing is talk shit both of them.

The staff seem a little unfriendly at this particular location. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. Didn’t like answering questions about the menu. Not sure if it’s standard for the chain but this was my impression of Elm St. Service was prompt, and food quality was high end of average. Really good bread. Tasted very fresh.
