Ordered a vegetarian pizza through DoorDash and was disappointed. It took 45 minutes to arrive, and by the time it got here, it wasn’t even hot. I usually stick to Domino’s but decided to give Papa John’s a try but the taste wasn’t great. $20 for a small pizza.

Best pizza in town! I only order from here when I do get takeout, yes sometimes it takes awhile to get the food delivered but who cares, they’re making my dinner for me! Never had any issues with this place. I mean just take a moment to look at this pizza, for real.

Online order. I think the system is broken. It doesn’t matter that it takes a while to get pizza delivered. However, it matters that the store will NOT answer the phone during the course of the order. They don’t update the online tracker so you can see the driver’s location, and even the online chat hangs up on you. Very odd. Never experienced such a thing. I assumed the location was shut down and I placed a duplicate order with dominoes. The same order cost 50% less and arrived in just minutes. Turns out the Papa Johns is still in business, because our order arrived. Now we have lots of pizza

Definitely disappointed with my order. Cheese was just a glob on top of pizza and wasn’t melted. Had a strange taste to it and didn’t taste fresh at all. Not appetizing at all!

This is what I received from this location of papa John’s. I called to complain that there is an eaten chicken wing when I opened the box and the guy told me the manager was on the way to my house. After 30 minutes I called again about this issue and they told me the manager isn’t even there. I told the girl on the phone that there is a eaten chicken wing in my order and she didn’t even acknowledge it. They hung up on me and lied about the manager coming. This is the worst customer service experience ever and I will never order from here again. I advise you all to stay away from this establishment.

Placed a normal online order like I’ve done many times. After waiting the entire time with no updates on the app I called the store and got put on hold for 10mins. When I finally got through to someone they told me it would be another 25 minutes for the order with no apology. I told them to cancel the order and they just said okay and hung up. When I called back to speak with the manager I spoke with the same person claiming to be the manager and they just said they were canceling my order and hung up without listening at all. Very poor service all around, I have always shopped at papa Johns but will be shopping more local from now on
