This Chipotle location is in my rotation of regular lunch spots and has proven to be a dice roll. Sometimes, portions are reasonable, if not generous, and service is realistically fast with it being a noon-1pm lunch rush. However, more often, I have had repeated experiences where I have received very stingy portions with subpar-quality ingredients. I understand that there is a need to conserve ingredients during a rush so that everyone can have a decent order, but honestly, if you’re going to charge the same (inflated) price for a bowl, be as generous as possible. I’m not one to hold up a line when a preferred ingredient needs to be restocked, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to go in expecting a decent selection of food. I find it very frustrating to be charged the same amount when, about half the time, I am not able to receive a decent portion of rice or fajita veggies in particular, if at all. Service is prompt and friendly and I certainly cannot blame them for following company protocol, but even amongst workers on the same line, I’ve witnessed issues with standardizing portion size and quality assurance. All in all, I like Chipotle and will likely continue to come here for lunch, but I would love to come without the expectation of being disappointed or underwhelmed with my meal.

My son enjoyed his slop bowl, so that was positive.
I was told “sorry, no, we cant give out our ingredients” when I asked for a lime wedge to squeeze over our food…is that a company policy or? Not even an option to purchase a side?
I was pretty surprised for a place that serves Mexican type food.
Anyhow, my chips ended up being pretty stale but the spicy salsa was good!

This location has been getting stingier and stingier with its portions. Listen, Chipotle owners/managers: if you’re going to charge $13 for a bowl with double chicken, it seems fair to fill that bowl with $13 worth of food. Today I had to repeatedly ask for more rice and chicken and had the employees just looking at me rudely like I was unreasonable. This was the skimpiest, stingiest Chipotle experience yet. If you’re not going to give customers the food they’re paying for, and not even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl you’re serving it in, maybe consider using smaller bowls. We will still be hungry but you might fool a few of us.

Well this sucked, the service has been worse each time, they act almost as if I am the problem, they ask you a question in a really rude tone, keep asking me what was it, right after asking me almost as if we didn’t just talk, the portion of food seems to keep getting smaller, I like to get the tacos which are pricey but I love the food so I am willing to pay for it but when making the tacos they never fill them the same, they always only put like 4 pieces of chicken and over stuff it with rice, very sloppy with the product control spilling random foods into the other foods, I’m always watching to make sure they don’t scoop the mixed food into mine. Almost all containers were basically empty, so it was hard rice, hard beans, and my food was cold. Im sorry but I love Chipotle and would recommend anyone to try it but not at this location because that was terrible, the only person that was nice was the cashier, thank you to her for being the only one that was nice. All around was a terrible experience, and I am not sure if I will go back to this location again.

Do not order online (I used the app) for pick up at this location. I had a normal burrito bowl order and I selected extra rice and extra cheese. I received less cheese and rice than I’ve ever had before. Not sure what I did to get that but sad because I treated myself to that last night and the extra rice/cheese is what makes the bowl for me 🙁 let alone getting LESS than a normal size of both. I wish I didn’t tip on the app before seeing what I got.

Placed an order and when I got it delivered to me there were things added to my meal. I have a child who is a picky eater and meat was added to his plain cheese quesadilla. I got a bowl for my self and got NO beans because I am allergic and got a ton of black beans taking up majority of my bowl.
