*** USP: North Indian food truck selling vegetarian food. They are in a food truck pod and are open till late in the night.

***FOOD: we got veggie chow mein and malai soy chaap here.

The quantities are large and can be easily shared.

Now soy chaap is one of the most unhealthy foods one can consume. It’s made of processed oils, all purpose flour and bit of soy. But, it’s widely consumed by vegetarians these days as an alternative to meat due to its meat like texture. I had some really outstanding soy chaap from a place in Fremont and haven’t been able to find anything else that comes close to it. The version here though decent fell short on the flavor. The smoky aftertaste was kind of missing. The chow mein on the other hand was beautifully done. I can see why this place is rated so high.

Great food, very tasty. Portion sizes are great too. We enjoyed a mix of chaat, Chinese noodles, paneer sandwich, malai soya chaap, and excellent chai and drinks. Would definitely return again

The people running the food truck are super warm and nice.
The fried rice and Manchurian combo was super super tasty!
Masala soda was a plus too.

I recently tried Bhajan Sahib Indian Food Truck and was super impressed! The food was flavorful, fresh, and felt very authentic. I ordered the Gobi Manchurian, spring burger, and soya chaap—all three dishes were delicious in their own way.

Tried this random food truck and loved it! They’re open late, which is perfect for late-night cravings. It’s run by a Sikh family and the food tastes super fresh and homemade. We had the veg fried rice (so good!) and the tea, which was nice too. Definitely going back!

You can sit on the benches around the food truck. Parking might be a bit tough if you come at peak hours. I went at night so there were parking spots around.

Also their only have veg food. Good for vegetarians!

Had paneer burger combo and grilled veggie sandwich . Both were very flavourful.
We had masala thumbs up and fries with burger. The soda tasted good but wasn’t very fizzy. The masala on the fries was great. he gave us complementary masala soda which was good.

This food truck is a must-visit for any chaat lover. Delhi feels just a bite away. If you’re craving the tangy, spicy, soul-satisfying flavors of Delhi street food, this food truck is where you need to be. Tried samosa chat and chai… . Perfectly crisp on the outside, stuffed with a well-seasoned, slightly spicy potato filling that tastes great. Will definitely be back

The noodle style burger is a creative fusion that actually works. Spicy, savory noodles packed into a crispy burger form — it feels like Indian street food with a modern twist. A bit messy to eat, but full of flavor and totally worth it.
