The drinks were absolutely delicious, we both got the pear-plexed! Also the tuna stack may have been top 10 things I have ever eaten- it melts in your mouth. All the staff were fantastic. Will definitely return for drinks and snacks this summer.

As a first timer with My Partner, we definitely enjoyed our experience. The greeter was welcoming when we arrived in the top floor and our server Parker was top notch. He was helpful and constantly checking in on our table and gave his recommendations. I ordered the Tuna stack which was amazing and my Partner ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries which he enjoyed. Our drinks were definitely good. I wished I remember the names. It was a 10 out of ten experience. Enjoyed the table that was beside because they were funny and sweet and shoutout to the couple that took are pictures!!

This was a really pretty spot to have drinks and snacks with friends. The service was a little bit slow, but staff was friendly. Charcuterie board was just okay and the prices were, unsurprisingly, expensive. The views were fantastic and they had decorated well for the holidays. Overall, this is a nice place to visit if you are nearby or staying at the hotel.

The food was so delicious! Very flavorful. As soon as we took a bite we knew this chef was not your typical chef. From starters to entree & dessert…it exceeded our expectations! The rooftop scene and ambiance was great. The chef took a few minutes to speak to us about the plates we selected. He has taken the menu to another level. I highly suggest to come check it out. Not just for the drinks, but for the savory food.

Every quarter my friends from Highschool and I try to get together and share a nice meal to catch up on life in the last 20 years. We always try to pick a new restaurant and this time wanted a rooftop restaurant. It’s a beautiful place. The food did take a little longer but I assumed it was because it was busy. it wasn’t the best but we were there to enjoy the company. Our waiter was great and even took our pictures outside. We all paid our checks and walked to where the elevator was. We took our time taking more pictures and as we were about to leave, security runs up and asks if we all paid. I was in shock especially if we have taken our time to stop and take pictures. We told security we did pay and that two had paid at the bar, but we would wait for him to verify. They were able to confirm all 8 of us had paid. I will say my group of friends are highly educated women who have respectable jobs and would never consider not paying for our meals. I understand they have to do their job, but it was very unprofessional for him to come back and say yes we had paid and we were free to go. The manager should have come out and apologized on the restaurant’s behalf. It really left a bad taste and I have told many of my friends I am not recommending this establishment.

Very nice ambiance. Thankfully my best friend and I had reservations for 8pm because by 8:30 it was busy. This was on a Friday. We planned to sit outside but it was raining so we sat at the bar. Our bartender was quick, attentive and she made delicious drinks. I ordered the NC Crab dip and the portion was plentiful with pieces of crab in each bite. My friend ordered the Italian pie which she enjoyed. The rooftop overlooks the city and is very picturesque. Important to note, the bathroom was clean. As far as parking we had to park along the street and walk a short distance to the Hyatt hotel it’s located in. The surrounding area is clean and seems safe. All in all we enjoyed our time at High Rail and will definitely come back.

I visited HRR with a few girlfriends this past weekend. They are located on the 7th floor inside the Hyatt. You get there by private elevator just beyond the lobby. Reservations are recommended and valet is available as well as a public parking deck behind Big Daddy’s and street parking. We were sat in the outside patio and had Parker as our server. Besides it being extremely humid outside, the whole experience was fantastic. The food was delicious and the drinks were as well. Parker was working double time and helping so many tables that we sometimes had to wonder where he was. He tried his absolute best with what he had. The scenic view once night fell was picturesque. I would revisit soon to try their cheese tortellini since it was not available when we went.

Very nice place overall. Great atmosphere, very beautiful people who dress to impress elevating this restaurant even more. The food is exceptional . The bourbon selection is well put together. Of course there are beautiful rooftop views of the city here!

I’m so happy I decided to have my birthday dinner at high rail because it was such an unforgettable night ! Not only was the table set up beautiful. The food was amazing. Our hostess Venessa made it so special she is so sweet, loving and beautiful!! Grateful!

Elevated bar food but not as tasty as I’d hoped. Cool vibes. Not my favorite place but I’d go again if something was being held there.
The appetizer shrimp were flavorful. Everything else I saw other people order looked good but not GREAT! No one was raving about their dishes.
Our waiter, Remy, was cool and patient. He checked on us at all of the right times!
