We’ve been having a rough week and needed some comfort food so we wanted to stop by one of the first places we randomly tried when moving to the area a few years ago. We each got the 10 piece boneless wings and made them curly fry combos. I got the honey bbq and my bf got the oriental sesame. Both flavors were really good and portions were pretty large! We called ahead and the order was ready in about 10 mins. The inside isn’t necessarily not nice, but it’s not really a place I’d want to hang out for a while. I’d recommend ordering and taking it to go. Overall the food was really good and the service was quick so I’d definitely go back!

TERRIBLE ! Order all flats, they were all tiny looked like it came from a baby chicken. Literally no meat at all on the bone. Ordered inside to go got food immediately and the chicken wasn’t even hot. On top of that, got 2 large sodas – one Pepsi & one Mountain Dew which both we completely flat, not a bubble in site. I would never go back to this location nor would I ever recommend.

I was highly disappointed I placed my order in person cashier told me it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes I waited in the car I came back in the restaurant 20 minutes order was ready went back in the car to wait went back 10 minutes later still wasn’t ready then hispanic lady that was bagging the orders yelled out if I placed my order in person the wait will be half an hour until an hour I told her if I was told that when I first placed my order I would of took my business elsewhere. The cashier that rang my order in did go to the back and got my order. But that woman was rude and not a professional at her job speaking to a customer like that. Also i asked for cheese on the side was nit in my bag and I didn’t notice until I was home

Ordered through Uber Eats 5 items. 1 missing. 4 wrong. Phone answered by a young disrespectful man who told me call Uber eats and hung up on me. They don’t care. We tried eating what they sent – horrible and in the trash. Uber eats made it right. Told them to not refund the tip for the driver. Obviously this place just completely sucks from top down and I would immediately fire anyone who spoke to a customer like that

I picked up boneless wings and curly fries to go. When I got home I opened the bag and the curly fries were soggy and raw. When I tried the chicken it was rock hard, it must have been old, but I don’t really know. I can’t understand why the fries weren’t cooked since I was the only one there and my order was the only one they had. The restaurant used to be good but I will never go back. The frozen Tyson chicken is so much better.

This store has very kind worker’s and outstanding service. Everything I need is always there, they never forget a thing.
I wish they were closer to me cause I’d be here a lot more often! The cook is very consistent and she always makes my food just right. They follow directions really well and care about giving their customers the best experience.

I’ve been a customer at the white plains locations since the restaurant opened!! Tonight I placed an online order and when I receipt the full order wasn’t there. I contacted the restaurant just in case maybe something was left out by accident the cashier who answered the phone was extremely nasty telling me she put everything in the bag. I told her I was On my way so she can see what u received in my bags. Upon arrival the young lady was extremely rude rolling her eyes asking what would I like for her to do. The cook was nice enough to replace what was missing. As per the cashier she just threw my items in the bag and continue to be nasty. The last thing a customer should have to deal with is bad customer service after spending a nice amount of money and not having their full order!
