Place an order thru Door dash ordered 24 wings pcs paid $32.00 just for the wings plus a X-Large pizza with a total of $80.00 just to get the worse wings ever pcs were so ridiculous small and I had these ordered before at other locations and know that they are not like the ones o got from this location… very disappointed at the food quality..

Paid for 32 wings with different sauces and came unsauced. First call waited on hold for 10 minutes than was hung up on. Second call I asked for the item to be delivered correctly . Manager said it would be over an hour. Asked why I could not be placed priority since they delivered items incorrectly and I did Not get what I paid for. she stated she could not do that. I asked if I could pick up the items and get a refund of the delivery fee. Nope couldn’t do that either. Terrible customer service. Needless to say it never got resolved.

I usually have good service for the most part. But tonight was pathetic. Over an hour and no pizza. Then they try to tell me they did stop by and me and 5 other people did not see them. Can’t read a map or listen to Google maps or what? Canceled order and went to pizza hut instead. The employees on tonight need to be retrained.

Ordered 1 pizza and was delivered to the wrong address. When I called the store who ever was on the phone wasn’t exactly polite to me. I stated the app said delivered and we never received the pizza he told me to hold since the driver had just walked in. After being placed on hold for 5 mins he said the clarified my address and I said yes that’s it he said that he did deliver it I said really where’s my pizza than because I have a ring camera to show no one delivered anything. He was rude and unprofessional and the delivery driver was clearly lying or confused. Will not be ordering from them again which sucks because they were my favorite.

I’ve worked with an organization that places decently-sized tax exempt orders from this place regularly, and we always give a generous tip. The pizza has always been good and arrives on time.
Customer service could be better. It seems like every time we call, they need different info from us to process the tax exempt: sometimes they need a tax exempt number, sometimes they need a phone number, sometimes they won’t do it at all. Today when we got our order, the delivery driver scolded us because they didn’t know how to get in the building and couldn’t reach us at the phone number on the tax exempt account. It’s a business number that isn’t answered 24/7. I didn’t know that that was the only number they’d try to reach us at, and in the past they’ve taken my personal phone number to be contacted at to get the order. The person who took my order only ever asked for a door to enter the building at, and not for a better phone number or other instructions for delivery. I would have been happy to give better info if prompted, but honestly I never know what they’re going to ask me for on the phone every time we order. It was pretty annoying to be scolded by the delivery driver for what seems to be the product of inconsistent order-taking practices despite the fact that we order to the same building using the same tax exempt account every time.

It’s affordable and way better than dominos or pizza hut, so we order pretty frequently. Unfortunately they NEVER put seasoning the the cheese sticks and you can’t ever get a refund because they don’t answer the phone. That’s my only complaint.
