Ordered online for pickup, the website was nice to order from, food was already ready when we arrived. Best chimichangas I’ve ever had, probably cause it had the birria meat in it, the shell was done just how I like not to hard there is plenty of outside seating and parking, it’s at a nice size gas station.

The lady who was running the truck/trailer (I forgot her name) super friendly and her and her partner were just zipping around making food and talking to customers and getting orders out. The smells coming out of the truck was amazing! We got the ramen and the taco special and the queso. All super fresh. All of it tasted amazing. The taco special tasted like smoked brisket that had been braised in a au jus. Just amazing. Prices are totally reasonable, portions are as well. Not just a regular taco truck folks.

Best quesabírria tacos in Austin, Pflugerville, RR, Leander, ect!!!! I had been looking for years and these are hands down the best I usually get the case of burrito Taco special that comes with three tacos….. I can only eat two before I’m full so I get to save the last one for another little snack or meal. You definitely get your money’s worth and the consistency is amazing then you might think I’m just saying these are the best quesabírria tacos because I’m white; nope! I’ve had 7 of my Hispanic friends try these too, and they ALL agree that they are incredible….oh and the burrito slaps, that and tacos gobernadores are my hubs faves.

I’ve been to Mama Rosa’s many, MANY times, both in person and online ordering. Never been disappointed by anything – portioning, flavor, presentation and freshness are always fantastic! The birria is tender, super flavorful and stacked high! The consomme is of course packed with flavor and addictively delicious! Veggies are fresh and in person they will honor most requests. The salsa’s are very good as well. Birria fries are very tasty! Service has always been at least positive for me personally, and they’ve even learned my name on online ordering and that I always order extraaaa salsa ( ), which is definitely points for good service! I definitely need to try out other menu items (al pastor, tortas, etc) but for now the quesabirria tacos and fries are great enough to be on an almost weekly rotation

The food alone is worth it! We got a plate of 3 tacos and queso thinking that would be enough for us, but the tacos were so good we almost drove back for another 3! Wasn’t much of an appetizing atmosphere as it’s located in a gas station parking lot, but so worth the drive!

Expectation vs. Reality – Ribeye Fajita Taco ($5.50)
Menu promises Ribeye, grilled onions and cilantro and shows thick ribeye slices.
Reality: a basic carne asada-style taco with small bits of beef, a few onions and cilantro—nothing like the picture or description.
When I asked why it didn’t match the photo, the staff simply said “that’s the way they’re made.” I requested a fair refund and they got upset. I returned the taco and was treated as if I had unrealistic expectations.
This is an expensive taco for what you get and not worth $5.50. Do not waste your money on this “Ribeye Fajita Taco.”
Everything else on the menu is very good and worth your money, but this one is a big disappointment.

I got the pizza quesabirria without onions. This looks good and tastes amazing. The service was amazing as the guy was chill, I’ve been passing by this place, and i never caught them open. I saw it tonight, and I pulled in quickly to check them out.
Love the food, and their menu has many dishes I need to try for my visit next time

Brought my family here for the first time and was very impressed with the food and service. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Great portion size and the salsas are flavorful. The lady who took our order was super nice and friendly.
