My husband arrived at the time the pizzas were ready but unfortunately he had to wait an additional 45 minutes just for them to remake the pizzas wrong…twice again. As seen in the pictures, the pizzas look undercooked and the vegetables are just merely tossed on there. Highly disappointed by the quality of the food and customer service. Should have just asked for my money back and went to another restaurant. Save your time and money!

Husband ordered a supreme and cheese pizza on the phone November 25,2025. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. He had to wait 46 minutes. When he got home we noticed the supreme is not got any supreme ingredients. And the cheese is burnt, thin and cold. Worst $22 dollars spent!

Ordered online, 2 medium pizzas, bread sticks, cinnamon sticks. 40min to finish. That was 43 min ago. Order shows ready online, they claim it is still in the oven. Groceries melting in the car. Horrible service. And the pizza when i finally got it, was wrong. ♂️

I have tried this location on 4 occasions this last one was better than the first 3 times but damn I asked for pan crust and only had crust on one side of the pizza. Everybody knows on pan crust that’s the best part. I still ate it and it was ok but they always either overcook it or just not get it right

Tonight was just the final night. I keep trying to give them chances and I regret it every time. I live not even a mile away from this location. I order delivery and I’ve had so many times that it’s been over an hour, even 2 hours once before. Tonight was 45 minutes. I expected all my food (the triple treat box with additional sauces for dipping). I wasn’t informed until the UBER driver showed up at my front door and told us that the employees told him to tell us they were out of the bread dough so they couldn’t make my box (breadsticks and cinnamon sticks with sauces), just the pizzas… the uber driver… at my door. Why didn’t this place of business take a moment to comprehend calling a customer if you were out of the items? Not sending a random uber delivery driver to tell us. They don’t work for your business. They shouldn’t be doing your dirty deeds. If I would’ve been called I would either substituted the items that were unavailable or cancelled my order. When I acknowledged the issue I called the line and was on hold under the 2nd option for 10 minutes.. okay, hang up and choose 1st option. Received a call center employee informed her I had an issue with my order and I had been on hold prior for 10 minutes. She then transfers me to (I’m assuming) the same line because I sat there for an additional 25 minutes.. hung up, recalled, pressed 1, told the guy everything and how upset at it I was, being very rational and ensuring not to take out my frustrations on him because he was a very kind man. He put me on hold/mute for a few moments and spoke with his supervisor. Supervisor said they would be in touch with the store and we would reach a call back in 5-10 minutes.
I ordered this food at 7:00pm… I’m writing this review at 10:24pm. Still no call.
I was a regular. I always ordered because I love pizza and it’s a (supposed to be) quick dinner in.. this Pizza Hut, you’ll be lucky if you get anything right at this point.
Also, charged me for the full amount of the box, but only received half of the food.. just avoid this place at this point. Huge disappointment in a business and their practices.

This is in real time and I have been waiting to speak with some to inquire about the fact that I didn’t receive my complete delivery order from approximately an hour ago . 25 minutes and counting. I keep getting transferred just to let someone know that I didn’t receive my wings with our order. And, the cheese on the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. Straight to the microwave it went. My service is usually great.
Still waiting @ 40 minutes now.

Management and staff each hung up on me for requesting a refund because my pizza was extra dry even though I ordered extra sauce! When I asked if the transaction could be voided since the manager told me that she couldn’t issue a refund, she hung up on me! When I called back, another staff member answered. When I proposed using the “store credit” that was “added” to my account by the manager to replace my pizzas using delivery, that staff member told me I couldn’t use my credit by ordering over the phone. When I tried to explain that the manager didn’t express that I couldn’t use the credit if I called my order in (which is how I placed my original order), that staff member hung up on me! Very unprofessional and super bad customer service. Then while I was on hold waiting to be connected back to the store by the call center after being hung up on, I had to listen to the automated message about how Pizza Hut prides themselves on making the perfect pizza and having a great experience! I’ve never ordered extra sauce and had such a dry pizza! Then add the horrible customer service and I don’t see my family even coming back to use our “store credit” if it was actually applied to our account. This bad experience happened at the Jake Alexander store location. Very disappointed!!! A waste of two large pizzas!

Ordered online and was quoted a time of about 15 minutes for our order to be ready. Arrived a few minutes early and was told it was still being made (no problem, I was early). However, after waiting another 5-7 minutes, I was told that they never even started making my order and it would be about another 7 minutes. But, I was told they would give me something free for the inconvenience. Finally get my food about 45 minutes after I ordered, got home and the “free” item they gave me was an order of breadsticks that had clearly been sitting in the hotbox for awhile as they were lukewarm at best and kind of chewy. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I am BEYOND frustrated and disappointed with this entire experience. I placed an order for the Ultimate Hut Bundle at 10:45, and it didn’t arrive until 11:20. First off, the “medium” pizzas looked ridiculously small. Then when my order was handed to me, it was incomplete!
The cheese sticks and dipping sauces I paid for were completely missing. To make things worse, the delivery guy practically ran off before I could even say anything, and when I tried to call the number I was given — no answer. I then called the store itself, and the phone rang for over 15 minutes straight with NO ONE answering. Absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a bundle that included cheese sticks, I tipped the driver, and yet I’m sitting here without the food I ordered or the customer service I deserve. This isn’t just a small mistake- it’s negligence. How can a store ignore calls for that long? How can I pay for something and not receive it? I want this corrected IMMEDIATELY. Either refund me for the missing items or deliver what I PAID for. I shouldn’t have to chase down food I already bought. This level of service is embarrassing and completely unprofessional.

I appreciate the food from this location is always hot & well made each time. The service is usually spotty most days but everyone is always super nice about fixing whatever the mixup is. My order the other night was remade because it was given away to the wrong customer. No biggie though the manager was on it before I even realized something was wrong. She also offered me a dessert for the inconvenience but I declined. I appreciate you all there, thank you!
