Nice little stop.
Chicken is good a bit on the spicy side for someone who isn’t quite use to southern recipe chicken. Deep fried pickles really good aswell but again, on the spicy seasoned side.
The collard greens were the most tender we’ve eaten aswell.
I would definitely recommend stopping here. Good food and good environment.
Very clean and chill place to hangout.

Our school had never ordered from Waldo’s before, so we emailed to request a catering menu. Nardin responded quickly, scheduled a visit, and came by with samples. She took the time to explain the menu and share the story behind Waldo’s.
Nardin was incredibly professional organized, and warm , but what truly stood out was her genuine hospitality. She made us feel valued and cared for
With free meal cards she gave me I later visited the Germantown location with my family and the food was amazing ….fresh, homemade, and reasonably priced.
We will definitely be using Waldo’s every opportunity we have.

Waldo’s chicken was absolutely amazing! A very clean spacious restaurant with the best chicken, fries, fried pickles, mac and cheese, and sauces I’ve ever had. We went with a big group and it was very fast, affordable and so so yummy!

Food was great, especially mac and cheese. The chicken is a little spicy no matter which kind you order. Service was meh. Had to wait for a drink because they ran out of glasses. Then, after they got some, took a bit to get their attention to pour it. Overall cool place.

They say not to meet your heros in person, so I did. Paid to park also. I’ve had food delivered from here maybe 4 or 5 times. The prices, variety, sauces, food Only once a sandwich was questionable, but I’m open minded. We went here around 7:30pm and sat at the bar watching sports on tv while others came in the get takeout. Took about 5 mins before we realized we should stand directly in front of the register to order (next to our seat at the bar lol). 1 sandwich, 3 tenders, and fries. Cashier was SASSY. Why? Detail below: He got the “you know we close in an hour right?” Meanwhile all men in the kitchen are nonstop working while she watches us and customers if not on her phone. Snatched napkins from infront of me to wipe a counter with water drops. We got out away from those vibes asap. Talk about date night.

Waldo’s Chicken is always a hit! The Fowl Mouth chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The Chicken Scratch salad was fresh, well-balanced, and super satisfying. And don’t skip the wings—the rocket sauce is perfection. We love Waldo’s Chicken and can’t wait to come back for more!

I really love Waldo’s! I think they have some of the best chicken in town. Everything is good here – the chicken tenders, the chicken PLT, the chicken scratch salad (with honey mustard!) and especially the cheddar biscuits with honey butter! The restaurant is great – you order at the counter and then can sit outside on the porch (it’s dog friendly!) or inside or at the bar. They’ve always got tv’s on with a game or two. Also a great choice for takeout too. They’ve got curbside parking spots out front that are clutch.

I was visiting my hometown for the Christmas Holidays and I met up with some of my childhood friends at Waldo’s on Charlotte Pike and we had the most amazing experience ever!
This was my very first visit to their establishment and I thoroughly enjoyed the freshly cooked food and their sweet tea was perfect as well and the restaurant looked good and very clean restrooms as well.
I inquired as to whether they had a Waldo’s in Georgia but they don’t and I asked them to please please bring one to Atlanta and I will choose them 2 to 3 times a week or more.
Thank you to the catering Mgr that was so nice to us and all of the very friendly and very accommodating staff at Waldo’s.I will most definitely be back again.FIVE STARS !!!!!

We had a large event at our home for 60 people. Nardin, the catering manager made sure everything was perfect. Our event came together last minute and she took the time to reach out to me on a Sunday night to make sure everything would be perfect for my Tuesday evening event. We had hundreds of wings and chicken tenders and Everything arrived fresh and hot and they even provided the chaffer dishes. All I had to do was put a tablecloth on my kitchen island and they did the rest!! Highly recommend them for your next catered event!
