Ordered here after getting home with the kids on Halloween. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and fries. Person on the phone said 45 minutes, 20 minutes later the delivery guy shows up, cool, came early. He hands me the food and just walks off. I guess he didnt want a tip, thats cool too.
Open the pizza and the pepperoni was thrown on as an afterthought. Box was soaked in grease and cheese slid to one side. Fries were fries. Sunday, my wife who ordered the pizza gets a notification that her charge to the pizza store was updated by $6! Not only did the delivery driver steal from us, but like, an egregious amount. If he handed me the receipt I would’ve tipped like 3 bucks. But this dude just straight stole from us.
We called the pizza store when they opened and explained the situation, the guy on the phone just said “ok, we will credit you 6 bucks when you order again”. No lets make this right cause our guy stole from you. Like im not gonna order here again why do i want a credit?

I ordered a steak Stromboli from this place and told them well done when I received it it was extremely soggy and when I cut it open it was full of water or grease. Called the store and got nothing but attitudes and disrespect. I will never order from this place again. Disgusting I have ordered plenty of Strombolis in my life and never have they ever been this wet inside.

We got the special cheese steak. It came with fried onions, mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, sauce and cheese melted on top. Unfortunately the photos were after this cheesesteak spent several hours in my car. This cheesesteak is very flavorful. I really enjoyed this cheesesteak the next day when I reheated the second half and got the cheese to melt through all the meat, peppers, pepperoni and fried onions. The roll even tasted good after being toasted the next day. Good overall experience.

Real bad wings. I think it’s not fresh at all. My stomach hurts. And I ordered cinnamon balls or bites. They also are bad. Hard as hell. I understand why they send menu to me. They can’t sell anything . If the food quality gets better. I would consider going back. But I won’t go there anymore until I see any other improvement. Service was ok. But that is it.

I ordered an extra large half plain and half onion, green pepper, and mushroom pizza. I must say I was utterly disappointed because the vegetables were raw and haphazardly thrown all over the pizza. There was no pride in the preparation or presentation. Not only was the pizza an eye sore but the vegetables weren’t cooked! This was not only a waste of money but a waste of my appetite.

I honestly wish I took a picture I normally always do , but it was just looked to good I had to dig in. I called and ordered a crispy chicken ranch wrap and totally meant to say no ranch but forgot and called about 8 mins later where the lady informed me that they already made it but will remake it . I’m so beyond grateful for y’all for remaking it and I was totally okay with getting what I originally ordered !!! But they took the extra step and remade it I love y’all for that you made me and my baby very happy
