I’ve really enjoyed the food at this bakery in the past—everything is always so delicious. However, I had a pretty disappointing experience recently. I went in to ask about a birthday cake, and I was just told they couldn’t do it in the timeframe—no other options, no alternatives, just a flat “no.” I felt like there was plenty of time, especially since I’ve ordered birthday cakes from them before. The staff didn’t offer any solutions, and when I asked, the manager just shook her head and that was it. Such a letdown—I won’t be coming back

I have always loved Diamond and Dust Bakery, but I was very disappointed with the service today. My brother and I have come in twice now specifically for breakfast, and both times we were told that breakfast had ended before 10 a.m., even though your sign clearly states breakfast is served until 10 a.m.
Today we arrived at 9:30 a.m. and were again told breakfast was already finished. The previous time, the same thing happened, yet the customer behind us was still allowed to order breakfast. Experiences like this are frustrating and feel inconsistent.
I truly do enjoy your bakery and the food and drinks you offer, but I respectfully ask that the posted hours be updated or followed accurately. Advertising breakfast until 10 a.m. but not honoring that time is misleading to customers.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
A beautiful coffee shop and bakery. The inside is decorated so cute and makes you feel welcome and invited. The staff is warm and friendly and of course the coffee is delicious.
Then all of the bakery items look amazing in the case it is hard to decide among the delicious looking goodies. I ordered a monster cookie and it was better than homemade and MONSTER size!!! The chocolate chocolate cupcake was not too sweet and the frosting was soft and delicious.
I went back to Diamond Dust 4 times in the 2 days I was visiting St. Peter and I will miss this place when I go back home.
I will definitely be making a point of visiting when I am in the area again.

Wow!! What a beautiful, fun and DELICIOUS place to visit!! Best cold brew I’ve had in a long time, amazing baked goods. I was too full to try any lunch items but I will for SURE be back! The gal behind the counter was a delight.

Absolutely love this place. The sister owner duo are amazing.
I have used them multiple times and catering events. Just say it’s Fourth of July. I need to bring a salad. I’ll reach out to them and order a salad to bring. My sister was having a baby shower in Iowa and I reached out and I got some soup made some chicken soup. It was amazing! The soup was such a hint that literally they scraped the pot I kept it warm in.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Pastries and light lunches, coffee drinks. Fun owners. Cupcakes, creampuffs, croissants. We had the Unicorn Hot Chocolate and donut for our 8 year old this last visit. Awesomeness!

They are rather inefficient service wise. Really quite horrible. They have one person taking orders and making beverages which translates to really long wait times. The orders before you are completed before you are even allowed to order. You could easily wait 20 minutes to order with only a handful of people in front of you. They need a better system or two people working. The food is generally really good and I have no complaints about that.
