I ordered a 32-oz Peanut Passion smoothie and requested no ice and no protein. When I received my drink, the cup was much less full than expected, which surprised me. I asked about it and was told it was due to policy. However, the day before, I ordered the same smoothie with the same customizations and received a much fuller cup. I am a regular customer and order this smoothie often, and this has consistently been my experience until now.
I understand that policies exist, but I would appreciate clear communication and consistency, especially when paying full price for the same item. I enjoy Emerald City Smoothie and hope this can be addressed so future orders are more consistent.

First time getting a smoothie at a place like this. I was really impressed with the product and the staff. Lots of different options and you get a lot of smoothie for the price. I would recommend checking this place out.

Finally found a place that serves curry pizza appropriately hashhhh!!!! I am glad tried the curry pizza chicken and got this raspberry lemonade which was very refreshing. People who are looking for non alcoholic beverages do try this :). Nice ambiance too for group party

It’s not bad. I’ve never recommend the lean out smoothie, as it taste pretty bland. Barely like peanut butter, the piece of banana, which is probably the cheapest ingredient is so small you can’t even taste it.

I ordered from door dash and the smoothies were not labeled, so I had no idea which one was mine. I have pancreatitis, so I have to have non-fat milk. My boyfriend got a similar smoothie but it was extremely hard to tell the difference. He assured me he could tell by the color which one was his but I couldn’t risk it. Please label the smoothies!

If they didn’t cost so much and they improved their offering of fresh vs. frozen fruits they would get five stars. For almost the same price I can go to evolution and get a fresh smoothie.

I always stop by when I need a break riding my bike. They have a very good flavors of smoothie, but always when I need a boost, I drink the açaí fusion with 2 shots of energy and one shot of Recovery.
