We ordered a family size pizza and substituted some toppings and everything was perfect , just as ordered. The app was having some difficulty so I had to order as a guest. That was a little frustrating but not a deal breaker. We love Papa Murphy’s pizza, especially the Thai Chicken!

I have always loved Papa Murphy’s. But I had a surprisingly bad experience yesterday.
I went in and asked if I gave her enough time for my pizza and she looked around saying she made it. Not her fault of course, someone took it off the rack from the looks of it. So she made me another pizza. That was all great but it was the most pathetic pizza I have ever gotten there. It was supposed to be extra pineapple and it had about a normal amount and there was no tomatoes on the chicken side. I asked if it was correct and repeated the order. and she said yes. I should have said something then, I did not.
Now if that just happened to my customer I would make sure it was a perfect pizza and probably throw on extra for the inconvenience and having to wait. I did not have any coupon or special so this was full price. so I am a little more ticked. so I had to post this.

The pizzas were how we ordered them (which, sadly seems rare and special these days). They were also ready ON TIME! Again… sad that this is rare and unique, but it is SO appreciated when it happens. Thank you for keeping up the quality of your product AND your service!

Tonight we ordered two pizzas, both were not entirely what we ordered yet the names on the pizzas were correct. And when I called they took the order name then put me on hold…and never picked back up.
One was a half and half – half was right, the other half was just cheese yet we paid for 2 toppings. The second one, we asked to hold a listed ingredient – it was on there.
In a grab and go environment, its obvious you HAVE yo check your order at this place before you walk out.
Footnote: The place was a ghost town in front and behind the counter, nobody even making pies when I came in. So the mistakes weren’t because they were busy.
