I ordered online, the time for pickup was 5:15pm i arrived at 5:10pm my puzza was not even started yet. 30mins later my food was ready. I take it home and slices are stacked on one another and destroyed. Debating if ill be back. Service has definitely gone down and so has the atmosphere

So. You order pizza for PICKUP on the website. It tells you to use the “Slice app as there are no ridiculous fees for them or you”. Well, when I went to pick up the pizza, opened the box, it was quite the hodgepodge of toppings. I went back in and questioned it, to be told that’s what you ordered. When I showed her the order copy from online, “oh, that’s because you ordered through the app. Toppings through there are $1 each per slice, you only ordered one topping per slice.”
Again, I showed her my order. Showing the toppings paid for. “There’s nothing I can do about it, next time, call in your order.”
“You could make it right by adding the toppings now” I said. “Well if you wanna wait 20 minutes for that…”
According to her, 6 slices of pizza, WITHOUT TIP (which I gave) WITHOUT THE SERVICE CHARGES, but probably with the exceptionally poor customer service experience would be over $30 for 6 slices of pizza!!!

Experience was great!!! the workers were kind!! I never had this pizza before, so I only bought one slice. I regret that now! I definitely will be back. The best part of my experience; I apologized ” I’m sorry, I don’t have enough money to leave a tip.” Embarrassing for me; but their response was… To give me an extra slice! The kindness that they showed was genuine and appreciated. If give them 10 stars, I would. This restaurant is officially in my top 3 pizza favorites. I could taste the seasoning of the sauce bursting on my taste buds in a beautiful combination with the crispy but airy crust. AMAZING THANKS BUZZI’S

This may be one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I asked for the pizza to be crispy. It was pale white and the crust is so airy it crumbles. It barely holds the toppings on. I had to go home and put it back in the oven. Not to mention extremely overpriced. $29 for a 10 cut with pepperoni and mushrooms. If you have a larger order, $0.50 per slice per topping adds up pretty quick. And the pizza isn’t coming out looking gooey and delicious. It looks like a frozen pizza. Unfortunately the service was lack luster and appears inexperienced. Would not recommend.

I went the other week. Last time i was there was a few years ago, previous owners seemed to want out of the business.
New owners had the place very clean, friendly and the pizza was really good. Sauce was really good, had a nice Parmesan / Romano cheese flavor. Crust was great Sicilian style. Will definitely go back.
