I was coming home from a painful dentist appointment (lol), and I decided to stop by this Subway location on my way home. During my Subway experience, the employees were friendly, and the floors and tables were clean. I ordered a foot-long Cold Cut Combo sub with Italian Herbs & Cheese as the bread type, and it came with chips and a drink. The drink fountain had the materials it needed to dispense a quality beverage. The sub was absolutely delicious; the bread was not too soggy, and overall, the ingredients were fresh (hence the slogan). This Subway location also had a bulletin board featuring announcements about upcoming events in Danielsville, GA (which is convenient). Bottom line, this place is awesome, and I will definitely be back.

I’ve been here serval times. Every time I do an online order they never have it ready. The shelves and always empty. They always have an excuse on why my online order is never ready. This time it was the printer. Last time it was because they didn’t have enough employees. Do better!

Never got the food. The woman running it said they could not read my online order because they were out of paper to print the order. They were out of everything. The young man behind the counter was vaping. I asked for my money back and they said they would refund the card but refused to just give me the cash. They did not refund my card instead, I had to go through my bank. The cost was around $39. This is the second time I have had issues. They forget to give you things you paid for. Just not a very stable place to go.

Last few times ordering online, sandwiches either lacked or had a scant of ingredients requested. Ordered steak & cheese with veggies and extra meat. Sandwich received was cold, had only meat, a little lettuce and lots of mayo. Paid no attention to order. This was 3rd order with similar experience recently. Prior sandwiches were spot on. I want that sandwich maker back.

May 2021 update: We waited over 20 minutes after they had notified us that our pick up order was ready and no one came outside or told us any updates. Person after person went inside and stood in line and came out and we still got nothing. My husband went in and stood in line for 10 more minutes only to find out they hadn’t even started making the 2 footlongs yet. We had already paid for it via the app so there was no way to cancel it. Shoddy service in return for advance pay. Not doing this again. Food was excellent when we finally got it.
2020: They keep the line moving on a busy Saturday, and the employees are good at communicating to customers/each other to accomplish this. I didn’t experience the poor service that many other reviewers had here–maybe Saturdays are the best day to come. The cookies were very well-stocked, which I don’t normally see at other Subways.

These worker don’t know anything sandwiches was throwed together the the little punk beside the counter couldn’t keep his jeans up while fixing the sandwich I will call the health department on this subway and I hope they get shut down I told the boy not to touch my sub after he pulled his jeans wash his hands change his gloves I will make a call to the regional office about this subway people need to wear a belt !!!
