You Need To Know? Arrived around 5;30 on a friday night & we bellied up to the bar. We ordered hot honey chicken bites, waffle fries, chicken cheese steak with mild sauce, and a BLT Club. The bartender was friendly, helpful, & efficient. He had our orders in quickly & ice cold drinks in front of us. The food did take some time to come out of the kitchen, but the bar food meals were excellent! Kate’s Place will definitely be worth another visit. Plenty of TVs & a couple pool tables for some activity Good time! Now You Know! -TBH

This is a nice big bar. They have two pool tables and a few day dart boards. The service is friendly and they have GREAT food. The only reason it is not a 5 star review is because it is a smoking bar and the air can get thick if there are a lot of smokers.

Food is on point always! Can’t go wrong with wings bites or burgers. Atmosphere is cool. It’s a vibe. If you’re into grungy corner bars. Big pool place. Bartender sux on certain nights so you gotta mindful. They cater to favorites.

Haven’t encountered a staff more rude than the staff here. Off the bat realized she doesn’t leave the bar so when we sat at a table we moved over to the bar to get service (all fine were never there so we didn’t know) the bartender was probably thirty something and you could tell she wasn’t happy to be there and us coming to the establishment to order food and drinks was an inconvenience AT HER JOB. Again first time there and didn’t realize it was cash only bc there is no signage or anything on google or facebook and her tone was just mind blowing. I waitress and it is not too hard to treat customers with respect or kindness. It is unfortunate because the food was very good and we had it at the wing fest last summer and were so excited to make the 30 minute drive but we definitely won’t go back or recommend it again after the service we experienced.
