The paneer enchiladas and garlic string beans are delicious!! This is actually our go-to spot for dinner. I usually get the Indo-Chinese noodles (street style) because a lot of the times, I simply just want noodles and they make them so well here. The Szechuan style has a lot of white pepper and is too spicy for me but you might love it! The lamb chops, hot and sour soup, and ALL the pasta dishes and the lasagna are delicious!! And yes, we’ve tried them all. Lol. The drinks – yummy!! Spicy tamarind mule is my favorite. The staff – super friendly!!
Come support this amazing local establishment. This is my favorite restaurant in West Seattle!!

Pretty good ambience. Loved the vibe and atmosphere. Came here myself and was craving some Indo Chinese food. I wasn’t disappointed with quality and taste. However the portion size of Paneer Chilli was less and a simple Schezwan style veg fried rice took them over 40 minutes. This was after I reminded them 2 times. The server explained that they prepared it incorrectly the first time and had to redo it. I will buy that excuse for now.

Visited IndoFusion recently and really enjoyed the overall experience. The seating and interiors feel warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere.

Everything was well-presented and full of flavour. We tried Gobi Manchurian, Hot & Sour Soup, paneer Enchiladas , and Butter Sauce Pasta—the Indo-Chinese items were especially delicious and nicely balanced. The fusion dishes were flavorful and satisfying.

Service was attentive, and the food quality was impressive. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for comforting Indian food with a fusion touch. Indo Chinese do taste like Chinese not just full of Chilli Flakes.

Do try & Decide on your Own.

Awesome place. First time in Seattle, and I love Indian food. Stumbled upon this place during happy hour and just had the best time even by myself. Cocktails tasty and strong. & the Masala fries were amazing. Finished the whole plate. Also my server, was great, she made sure I was checked on. Thanks so much. Seattle off to a great start.

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in my entire life. The fusion flavors were done so well not just “we put sauce in a tortilla and called it a taco.” For the starters, we got the Pav Sliders with dipping sauce and the Kale Chaat Salad. Both were incredible. The flavors were both powerful and soothing.

Then for the mains, we got the Lasagna and the Malai Pasta. Both were incredible and so filling—we couldn’t finish our food. I was so impressed with the Indo-Italian spices.

This place will get huge, so definitely go check it out!

Everything was so so delicious, the servers were very kind and attentive, and the vibe was very cozy! We ordered the gobi Manchurian, butter chicken pasta, masala fries, and paneer tacos, as well as the hot and sour margarita and the chai espresso martini! We can’t wait to go back and try other items! Definitely recommend checking out this new place 🙂

First off, they don’t allow ice on the premises, which is already a huge plus. The food was really, really good. Everything we ordered was top tier and easily the standout. Drinks were good and pretty strong, so you’re not wasting money there, and pricing overall was reasonable. Service was good, atmosphere was nice. Nothing above and beyond on service, but the food absolutely was. I’d go back for the food alone.

This is such a great little place in the junction! The food was amazing, with a good variety and the drinks were very tasty! The Gobi Manchurian is a must have! We split several dishes but need to go back soon so we can try the whole menu! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

First visit and definitely will not be the last. Food was delicious, drinks were yummy and well balanced, service was friendly. The Pav Bites (and that incredible sauce), tacos, and pineapple bread pudding were the highlights. The chutney pesto pasta was a slight letdown – it could have used more chutney/spice. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.
