The chilaquiles were not great. Con huevos remains the king of chilaquiles.
The huevos rancheros were good, and were also unusually well presented, but while they were pretty they were also under flavored. We asked for hot sauce and that seemed to throw the waitress which was surprising because everything was a little bland and needed some help.
The tres leches pancakes were great and by far the best thing we had.
Overall it was fine, but not good enough to go back.

If I could rate this restaurant higher I most definitely would. The atmosphere is very inviting a long with the hosts and the servers. Our server’s name is Fernanda and she is amazing! She was very attentive and sweet. The good was not only appealing to the eyes but also to the palette! We got multiple things from the menu which I believe was the cause of us waiting a little while but it was definitely worth the wait! We are definitely going to come back and refer our friends and family to come and enjoy this amazingly authentic experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem That Deserves Lines Out the Door ❤️❤️ ❤️ ❤️
If you haven’t tried this Mexican-inspired brunch and lunch spot yet, you are seriously missing out. This place is truly one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m honestly shocked they aren’t packed every single day. They deserve way more recognition, so here I am doing my part because food THIS good shouldn’t stay a secret.
The food is insanely flavorful and always cooked to perfection. My absolute favorites are the steak omelet with red sauce on top and the tres leches pancakes, the BEST pancakes I’ve had in my entire life (my mouth is watering writing this review just thinking about them again) They’re fluffy, rich, and that tres leches milk topping is unforgettable.
The owner is so kind, and the customer service makes you feel right at home. I can’t believe more people don’t know about this place . If you’re thinking about trying it, GO. Please go show your support, they truly deserve it

The Birria street taco was one of the best I have ever had. The Alambres Especial was very good. It was well seasoned, the ingredients tasted very fresh, the avocado sauce was delicious. The place was very clean and lively feeling. The wait staff was very polite, and helpful. I will for sure go back.

Upon entering, Nikki and myself were warmly greeted with welcoming smiles
The interior is neatly balanced with comfortable lighting and an inviting friendly appeal. Also, there is a message, in stone, that says “Good Morning Louisville” …this statement is definitely a sign that says they’ll be here for a long time and the fact that they did such a thing, speaks highly of their confidence to make us happy, and rightfully so. The server answered all questions we had and was very informative with nutritional details and info, she was just above and beyond,
Mexican cokes in the glass bottle with cane sugar, Mamá Omelette and the Gravy Poached ! All of it was bussin
Don’t sleep on this place. We are going back to try everything they offer.

Wonderful menu—full of traditional and Mexican inspired breakfast entrees.
Veggie Omelette was one of the best ever! The verde sauce and choice of veggies (grilled zucchini and squash) raised the bar.
Friendly service—pleasantly greeted at the door.
Large dining area.

First time trying so yummy! Got the chilaquiles burrito and home fried potatoes. Just like moms. And the select omelets with birria meat and green sauce. Definitely recommended.

This location on lower Brownsboro has changed hands a few times. At one point it was trifecta which was a pizza sandwich and salad place and then it became a nightclub. So when I knew something you was going into the space I wasn’t sure what it would look like and then came good morning Louisville their signs all over the the windows talking about their brunch and initially just a spray-painted sign with their name on it. To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations. I went for a walk one day on the big four bridge and wanted to do a brunch when I got back. I decided to go to good morning Louisville now the spot is easy to find. There’s plenty of parking your next to the Family Dollar in the Papa John’s and it took a while to have a server come by to ask me if I would be eating in at the location. While I’m waiting. There’s a gentleman sitting waiting for his to go order and he starts telling me about how often he comes here. He’s been here at least twice a week since they’ve opened and he says it just keeps getting better even gives me recommendations about what to get. He hasn’t had a bad thing yet. This was very promising. I was then seated so my conversation with this gentleman ended. And the menu was pretty extensive. I decided to order the huevos rancheros. I was not disappointed. The service was quick and the item was so flavorful there’s a special sauce that they’re using with it that just gives the dish such a richness and it also had some rice with it so it was actually a very filling dish. I ate the whole thing pretty quickly now I know what to get for next time or venture out and try something new maybe it’s the huevos rancheros and a single pancake. I can see why this place is popular. I have foresee this place doing well.
