Worst place to order anything from. I’d give it a zero star if I could. I have been ordering online from pizza hut for years. The last delivery didn’t have all the food, I called and they said next time I order to call the order in and let them know that I have free boneless wings coming. So I call in they cant find my account under the same phone number I have had for a decade. The same number I get all the promos sent to from pizza hut….I do like pizza hut, even though your wings never have any sauce on them. But I still ordered them from time to time…this one experience ruined it for me. I’ll never get anything from pizza hut again.

I would give the service 10 stars if I could. ALWAYS prompt and friendly. The manager is phenomenal!!! They get the orders in quick and it is always cooked exactly the way you order it. I’ve lived all around the country and this is by far the best Pizza Hut!!!!

We ordered a taco pizza (with chicken), excellent pizza except they forgot to add the chicken to it. Did not notice until we got home and started to eat, but it was good enough it wasn’t worth taking it back. We understand that any place gets busy and accidents happen. Once again, would go back to the same place and order the same pizza, would just check before I left (there was such a overflow of other ingredients we wouldn’t have been able to tell that there was no chicken, as it was.)

We are usually pretty happy with this place, but our experience tonight was less than stellar. They forgot part of our order – I called to tell them. The kid on the phone was pretty rude and said that they would make it and send it right out. That was over an hour ago…and they are closing in 5 minutes so looks like we won’t get it.
Edit: I called today and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind and so helpful. I totally get that this is a first world problem – but food is expensive so it meant a lot that he fixed the issue.

I had pretty much given up on Pizza Hut but this is one of the last Pizza Huts that still makes great food (like you remember). If great food isn’t enough they have great service as well, rare in today’s world! Always consistently good food and great staff that are friendly and work hard.
