Your employees may want to refrain from telling the public that they own the property, when it is in fact owned by a company out of Florida, and not by the local franchise. The enployee was very rude. The parking lot was not even busy. Maybe 2 orher vehicles in said parking lot. We were going to order a pizza after visiting the Grinch at the old fire statuon, but decided against it, as the Dominoes employee was being an actual Grinch.

Waited in line for over 25 minutes for 2 pizzas that was already done while the workers were inside talking just listening to the bell go off then the lady that came to the window got a attitude and was rude. Needless to say I’ll be back to cash in my free points and after that I’ll no longer be going to dominoes.

Drove up to the drive thru window. After 10 minutes nobody came. Parked went inside, not 1 person greeted me. After watching all the employees ignore me for 5 minutes and even so much as to walk over and check her phone for a text and then go back to work and still not even a hello. I finally said “can i get my pizza”. At that point multiple employees looked at me as if they were appalled.. A young lady finally came over (and was nice). As she waited on me i received dirty looks from many employees. I will not be back. Why order online if your just going to have to wait forever to get your food and ignored..? There are other pizza places.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 10:45 pm, both pizzas were made quick and had really good quality. An employee named ‘Aries’ was a really good person and handed me out a free 2 Liter on the house, after I told him we had a rough night. This man definitely deserves a raise and is excellent at his job in both making pizzas, and serving customers. This man is a lot more than just a pizza guy and has a really big heart. I offered to pay for the drink but this man is really nice and declined my offer and said it’s okay to take. Way to go Dominos in Greenfield, you get 5 stars for having such caring employees

Completey horrible customer service, 10 employees in there yet only 4 actually working crazy busy and instead of dealing with the people in line that have been waiting for 30min plus it’s more important to hand there friend there order as soon as they walk in, and when other customers say something they start bad mouthing customers being super unprofessional! any and everyone who worked Halloween 2024 should not have a job that’s for sure!!!

This is the 3rd time going through the drive thru and have to wait 10-20 minutes for someone to come to the window and not only that I order my pizza to be cut in square and I get it home and it’s cut in pie!
