First time trying this place in search of a good seafood boil experience for my brothers and cousin from Mexico (she’s been wanting to try one since she saw videos of boils).
We were not disappointed, you got your covers and gloves, bucket for empty shells, wipes, paper towels plates and cracking tool, and they answered any questions we asked.
My group ordered the happy family feast and added sausage to it, all 3 flavors with some spice to it, everything was covered with flavor but it probably couldve been boosted with some lemons on the side to squeeze (we didn’t ask for any so no problem there). Definitely be back to try more. Yes we crushed it all there 🙂

The service was good, and the food was 6.5/10. If you like spicy food order it one spice level higher than you usually order, because me and my husband (he doesn’t handle spicy well) we both ordered 3 medium. It wasn’t spicy basically at all. The reason I put it as an overall 3/5 is because the pictures on Google aren’t accurate to how the restaurant looks when you show up. I think they downsized or something. So just be aware of that.

Their prices is very affordable. Staff is nice. seafood is OK. The shop is little bit small but when it comes to the price and the quantity they won. I would recommend please don’t put so much sugar in your lemonade. I couldn’t finish it and if you key and keep the garlic more in the garlic sauce, it’s gonna make a huge difference otherwise all is good.

We have ordered Door Dash from Happy Seafood House and have always been very satisfied with our orders. Everything comes packaged in multiple bags for easy cleanup. Gloves and bibs also are included for those wanting to keep clean while eating. The food has always been quite tasty, my personal favorite sauce is the buttery garlic which pairs well with the shrimp and crab! The seafood boils also come with corn on the cob and potatoes which are tasty as well! Be sure to add on the sausage to your seafood boil for added tastiness!

WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?? I am born and raised in Maryland. I grew up eating raw oysters from the bay and making our own fresh catch seafood boils. THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEAL. My wife and I had the 1/2 lb snow crab legs and shrimp, potatoes , corn, and hushpuppies. The cajun and garlic butter. Every bite was like i was traveling through a seafood gauntlet of amazingness. This is the best Maryland seafood boil ive had in Maryland from a restaurant. I was literally eating the sauce with my hands when I was finished with everything. Go get some amazing food!!

I was torn between giving a three or four star review, my reasons follow. First off we ordered fried shrimp, fried calamari, a snow crab and shrimp boil and hush puppies. The shrimp and calamari were obviously re-heated from frozen not freshly made and fried…they weren’t bad but there is a huge difference between the two. The crab boil was pretty good and as expected but isn’t really great for the price and because it’s all boiled in a bag its hard to tell if it was all fresh or frozen. I really want to give a three for serving re-heated frozen food but since everything was decent and edible I’ll give a four. Overall this place could have blown us away with all fresh food but what we were served wasn’t up to the prices charged and would probably keep me from going back, there are simply too many places to get good, fresh seafood in Southern Maryland.

I drove 25 minutes get there and was told it was a special day and what I ordered over the phone they weren’t making. 1/2 of my order. Not so Happy Seafood. Unsatisfactory Experience at Happy Seafood House!
My husband and I decided to try Happy Seafood House at a new location, as seafood boils are one of our favorite meals. We typically order generously—often a pound or two of nearly everything—so we expect a higher bill and look forward to a flavorful, fresh experience. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations.
Upon arriving home and sitting down to enjoy the meal, I was very disappointed. None of the seafood or sides tasted fresh—not the corn, mussels, shrimp, crab legs, etc. The only item that was acceptable was the sausage. In addition, the seafood bag contained very little seasoned butter. Thankfully, I had ordered extra, but this was still disappointing given the nature of the dish.
Additionally, there was a service issue. Our order confirmation indicated the food would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived approximately 20–25 minutes after placing the order, but it still was not ready. I then waited an additional 15 minutes at the restaurant.
Given the lack of freshness and the extended wait time, I do not anticipate returning to this location.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a seafood mix expecting clean legs, mussels, and clams—but over 85% of the clams had no clam inside. It felt like I paid for empty shells. I even added extra money to get 3 clam meats—lmao. To make it worse, they won’t even answer the phone when I try to contact them. Definitely not satisfied and won’t be ordering again
