The food was excellent. The service was good but gimmicky with the robot bringing the drinks, but only some drinks, i wonder how they decide.
Anyway, I had the black garlic Ramen bowl, asked them to make it spicy, they recommended medium and I’m glad i didn’t request hot. It was good and spicy
Wife had a rice bowl, one kid a Ramen bowl the other a udon stir fry.
Everyone enjoyed and we will be back.

This place was fun to go to with the family! The robot was a hit with the kids, they enjoyed the table deliveries from it. The menu has a lot to offer, including boba and other great drinks.

The food was ABSOLUTELY outstanding The black garlic ramen was on point. I would like to see a bit more meat at both halves of the one egg, rather than just one half.
The restaurant is extremely clean, but there’s a little interaction with anybody. A neat little robot brings you your food. I think the place needs ‘warming up’…. Like maybe some fake candles on the table more pictures maybe some rugs and not so sterile looking. With that being said though, the food was absolutely delicious.

We have ordered take out a few times and have enjoyed everything. My kids go for the shrimp tempura and plain ramen. My husband loves the chicken curry ramen extra spicy and I get the tonkotsu medium spicy (delicious). Today they also enjoyed pork belly buns. We also like to grab extra hot oil to go. Definitely recommend their food to anyone that enjoys ramen and it’s easily customizable. Cannot speak to dining there because we haven’t yet but will soon!

BEST RAMEN IVE HAD. Ordered over the phone and was ready to pick up in under 15 min! I got the grilled chicken ramen medium spicy and it was delicious with the perfect amount of spice and the chicken grilled and marinated to perfection. I also got the dirty brown sugar boba and wow it was so good, the brown sugar boba was still warm when I took a sip. Perfect place for cold and rainy weather. Will dine in next time!

My first time here and it is so clean and the food was amazing!! I got the spicy miso ramen which was quite spicy. We also got the pork belly buns. Very fresh ingredients. The service was my favorite part though as they were kind, generous, and friendly. I can’t wait to come back! 🙂

The food and drinks here are so good, not to mention the variety of both they have! There is both a touch screen ordering pad that you can use and then either take the food, or sit down and get served. Or you can go up to the counter and order as well so wait time to order is typically low.

I don’t know how many stars should I rate this store. My kids and I love it like super duper love it that everytime I bring my wife to work, we drop by. However, my wife, who works at a nearby facility to this ramen place, gives her gastro problems like lbm and stomache no matter what ramen flavor she orders. It’s not her first time. We used to frequent another ramen resto in freehold and toms river.

The ramen and boba tea was delicious, we ate in, OMG THE LITTLE ROBOT serving us was so cool!!! I saw him rolling towards us, with our food on a tray, and stop right in front of our table and we just took it off the shelf. I love how you barely have to talk to the waiters, you can just order off a screen. Perfect for introverts

12/30/2025 Update: Today I demolished a bowl of the beef udon noodles. Holy crap that was incredible!!!!!With Hiro Ramen serving as my introduction to ramen, the bar has been set incredibly high! Ordering the black garlic ramen launched me on a taste journey that made me so happy. The delicious broth was enhanced with great veggies, delightful noodles and succulent pork slices. The robot server was adorable. It was a great experience!
