Been to this location multiple times. Try your drinks before driving off. It’s a 50/50 chance if they get the order correct; have forgotten coffee altogether in a blender, forgot the caramel in a caramel specific drink, blended drinks are chunky with ice bits (see picture)
Also for some reason they never have the medium cups for iced drinks and you are forced to buy a larger size or settle for a smaller, not given a large size at a medium price.

Even before i started working here i have always loved their drinks. All the espresso is ground fresh and tamped by hand. Milk is steamed at the moment of the order and they even have alternative milks for allergies like mine!

First time at this location this morning and will NEVER be back. There was a LONG BLACK HAIR in my iced coffee that I sucked up through the straw!!! I have short blue hair so it was not mine and the lady at the window had black hair so I know it was hers. I am so unbelievably grossed out. I threw up my food and drink and will be reporting to corporate. Absolutely disgusting. I have no words.

Ordered a peanut butter crunch blender and went back around because I was given the wrong drink. The dude just wrote us off and said it was the right drink even though I’m pretty positive I was given the peanut butter power instead? Didn’t compensate or even offer to make us the right drink at all. Not confrontational so I drove off, but thought a review would get attention. Here’s a pic of the “peanut butter crunch blender.”

I love this place! I have diabetes, so I always get sugar-free and almond milk, and they always make it perfect!
The only bad thing about this location is the ordering speaker, so we just drive up to the window.

Traditionally a good place to get coffee over the past decade it was quite a bummer today to get shortchanged. I ordered a frappuccino they gave me an iced coffee and the cup was stacked to the brim with ice very little coffee in it. They tried to make a frappuccino out of that and it was nothing but ice there was almost no coffee at all as you can see from the picture after drank the melted ice with no coffee down to half the cup. I made the best of the situation but with the extra shot of expresso I was out nearly $9 for a flavorless snow cone.
