This Jimmy John’s location is the best! I place a pickup order from here most weeks and my sandwich is always made EXACTLY how I ordered it and is ready for pickup within 10min. Incredible staff, super friendly. It’s a pleasure at JJ’s every time.

I ordered a toasted sandwich and pickle for delivery, it was delivered and I ended up with a 1/4 of a pickle, it clearly states pickle(quartered). I call and ask for the manager and he says he can’t hear me on the phone, so I go to the store and ask about only getting 1/4 of a pickle, he proceeds to say that there’s nothing wrong with it and starts raising his voice, so naturally I get louder as well, he called me entitled and a few other choice words that turned into a screaming match, Michael should not be a manager as he doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. I will not be ordering from Jimmy John’s any longer. No one that I work with will either. The amount of disrespect and attitude was shameful.

Concern Regarding Drive-Thru Experience – February 21 at 12:00 PM
I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience at the drive-thru on February 21 around 12:00 PM.
The employee working the drive-thru had a very unpleasant attitude. He was sighing loudly and appeared visibly irritated when I began placing my order. As a customer, I simply wanted to order a sub, and his behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Additionally, I waited approximately 30 minutes just to place my order. After experiencing both the long wait and the employee’s negative attitude, I no longer even wanted the sub.
I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but customers should not feel as though they are inconveniencing staff by placing an order. I hope this matter is addressed so future customers have a better experience.

We got food here to eat during a hike at Sweetwater, and it was delicious, as Jimmy John’s almost always is. My tuna sub was great and was just what I needed for my hike.

Ordered food for delivery an hour before i needed it. I called now 20 minutes after when it was supposed to be delivered. I was told my food was there and it wasn’t their problem that it wasn’t delivered. I order through the app, not a third party. Took no responsibility, terrible service.

Had a group order for my office, and Jimmy John’s accidentally forgot a sub. No big deal — I called them up and they fixed it right away. I even messed up and gave them the wrong sub, and they still made it right without any hassle. Great customer service! We’ll definitely be ordering from here again. They’re usually pretty good but today I ordered a #13 and a #7. I had them deliver and paid a $3 tip on top of the $18 sandwich cost. The #7 was ok but the #13 was so sad. It didn’t even have cheese on it! I was so mad that I got in my car and took it back. No apology from the uncaring staff but I did get a refund, my tip back and I then left without a sandwich. I’m a rewards member and love Jimmy John’s, but I was highly disappointed with my sandwiches… SMH I bought 2 sandwiches my usual beach club with add ons onions pickles oregano & basil plus extra extra vinegar & oil as well cut in half, sandwiches was made wrong then I also ordered the new hot roast beef to experience for the first time and was highly disappointed, there were no crispy onions nor horseradish and I asked for it to be cut in half and nope once again. I only ordered to try it for the ingredients that come with the sandwich a waste of my money even after leaving a cash tip. I won’t come back to this location. The saddest part about it there were no other customers so I don’t understand why my order was not accurate.

Ordered a #1 Pepe from the Jimmy John’s on Thornton Road,
I literally told them that I want extra everything extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra mayo, extra pickles, extra onions. I think I even upgraded it to a country club or whatever that one is and honestly, it was super disappointing. The bread was dry, not enough mayonnaise …barely any meat,
Sad but true and the whole thing just felt slapped together with no effort. There were two young ladies one had stopped cleaning the dining room to come and make my sandwich. I don’t even remember if she washed her hands that’s my fault.
At the end of the day, my number one favorite sandwich from this particular location was not the same from what I remember in the past and other locations from California to Georgia it just it just wasn’t right it Tasted bland and like it had been sitting out. Definitely not what I expect from Jimmy John’s. Won’t be going back to this location.

Ordered this cubano and it was missing key ingredients. The universe must have known it was my cheat meal. Called them to let them know my order was wrong, they told me “thats the way it comes”. Mmmmmkay. If I would have read the reviews I would have known not to order here.
