First the delivery was late even though we scheduled hours beforehand. Then the major issue was that the Chicken Parmesan was inedible. Both the chicken and the pasta were overcooked, rubbery, and bone dry. Also, there was no sauce at all and very little pasta. They’re charging $20 for this!

The best way to describe Puccini’s is that it’s just good honest food at a reasonable price. My family has been coming here for years because it’s just a great easy spot to unwind, get some good food and spend time with family. The pizza is actually quite good and some of my favorite in the area. The pastas are also well done and are easily customizable. My one complaint is that I wish they updated the menu now and then. It would be nice to see some new or seasonal items added to the classic menu to be able to try new things.

The first time I visited this establishment, I walked in and was greeted by an extremely friendly and youthful staff. May I add. Their leadership and management is top-notch and it shows through their love and care with the dishes and food they put out. I was blown away by the gluten-free Barbecue chicken pizza. I enjoy dining at this family friendly restaurant in The Village of West Clay. The calzones are my favorites. My go-to order is the Queen of Hearts calzone and garlic bread. The servers are friendly and helpful.

Do not eat here! If you like Puccinis go to another one as the taste of sauce and cheese are horrible. They burned our other pizza too. I asked them to remake and they did not. I have been a regular customer at their other location for 20 yrs. This place has very low quality food

Calzones were excellent, lots of bread. Quick service at 8:30 on a Friday and they close at 9:30. Food was fast and delicious. Place was clean and quiet.

Everyone in our party ordered lasagna and we were not disappointed! Big portion with lots of cheese and great tasting sauce. Comes with big dinner salad & basket of lightly toasted garlic bread. Looking forward to trying their other pasta dishes. Reasonably priced too!
