Food was good, most of the staff was very friendly but a man in the back whose name might’ve been Soliman was very rude. Dirty environment made me uncomfortable. Never going to this specific location again. I wouldn’t be writing a negative review but Soliman made my mother’s day a bad one. Definitely not somebody who needs to be interacting with customers on a day to day basis.

Good food just wish they would get my order right. Receipt even says – lettuce and still lettuce on it…they get it wrong most of the time I’ve been there so they just need to work on that mostly. Nice workers though.

Was supposed to be open at 10am, there were people inside dining on a Monday. We went through the drive through, waited at the speaker and no one answered. Drove to the window to see if they were taking orders at the window in case the speaker was broken. No one came to the window. Parked and tried to go inside, there was a sign on the door that the lobby was closed (even though there was a family inside eating) and the drive through was open. Tried the drive through again, still no one. Several cars in the lot, but no employees to be found.

Only gave this review 4 stars because the root beer here is entirely too sweet.
I does have a slight hint of old school root beer like my grandmother used make, but way too sweet in my opinion.

My families meals from the A&W part were tasty. The KFC meals were very greasy. The value meals prices are a bit high. The week prior we stopped by to grab food and they were closed at 6:30 although it looked as if the employees were just sitting in the booths hanging out???? The young man at drive this window was very nice and very helpful!!

Stopped for lunch. Not happy with the service! Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger & fries,bottle of water guess there to busy playing with there phones or just don’t care about the service they give. Burger was OK, water was OK no fries charged for them not I bag! That busy screwing off NOT CARING ABOUT SERVICE !!

I ordered chicken strips with mashed potatoes and fries. The A&W rootbeer was great. Chicken was warm but they didn’t give me sauce or utensils. When you ask someone to wait out front instead of at the window it means you aren’t gonna mess up the small stuff. Now I’m eating bland chicken old fries and a dry roll. Mashed potatoes are good.

Don’t know what happened. This place is always great! But tonight I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Food was cold, drinks tasted like carbonated water with sweetener, didn’t give us cookies with our meals, no silverware, no napkins. Cooks in the back were also wandering around the front a lot. Not impressed.
