2nd time order being wrong. This time, ordered a mini and a regular and got 2 minis. Wasting my money & Whats the point of putting the seal stickers if I need to break them to check if you made the order right in the first place.
I also paid extra avocado on the bigger sandwich. Just another thing I’m not getting my money’s worth of along with the condements missing from my order the day before.
The time stamp for my order 10:39 a.m. on 2/15/2026
Jersey Mike’s was started in 1956 as Mike’s Subs. They first opened in New Jersey in the town of Point Pleasant. In 1956 there were not many franchise businesses around. Mike’s was unique because they focused on a new product -the submarine (sub) sandwich – instead of the burgers, chicken, fries, or pizza.
In 1971, Mike’s subs came up for sale and was purchased by a 17-year-old that had been working in the sub shop since he was 14 years. old. He was not old enough to slice the meat, but he was the proud owner of Mike’s Subs. Shortly after purchasing the shop, he opened two more locations and they had customers lined up outside their doors. They were all patiently waiting to order the delicious sub sandwiches. In 1987 Mike’s Subs became Jersey Mike’s, paying omen to its roots, and began expanding outside of New Jersey. Now, there are over 2,000 locations around the United States.
Not only does Jersey Mike’s have cold subs; the veggie, original Italian, club supreme, and man more, they also have hot subs; Mike’s famous Philly, chipotle cheese steak, buffalo chicken cheese steak, and others. Jersey Mike’s also offers kids meals, drinks, desserts, and chips.
What amazing customer service, a great group of young guys and gals who really worked well together!! your team makes a mean sandwich, in fact your #5 Super sub was OUTSTANDING! Great food, great service, they deserved a tip. I WILL be a repeat customer!! Im bringing my friends
I placed a phone order for 10 sandwiches and told to come by in about a half hour.
I arrived 40 mins later and waited in line behind 2 other customers. When it came to be my turn, I was asked by the female employee ‘can I I help you?’ in a very rude tone.
The female employee was talking with another male co-worker and I didn’t want to interrupt, I was standing and waiting my turn, only to be spoken to as I was interrupting her conversation. I let her know I was here to pick up a phone order. She quickly pointed to the front of the store and said ‘go over to the register ‘.
I walked over to the register area and waited behind a customer ahead of me. After a few minutes, the same female employee yelled out to another employee and said ‘open up the other register’, as she walked to the back.
I don’t mind paying, I don’t mind waiting my turn in line, and I understand employees sometimes have a bad day. I believe the owner should know how his employees are speaking to their customers. My request is to not be treated as if we as patrons were such an inconvenience.
We enjoyed the sandwiches, but I will gladly take my $96.00 somewhere else next time.
