Ordered 4 of their personal pan pizzas today for the house and ended up with overbaked, undersauced, cheeseless, HAND-TOSSED crust personal pizzas. One slice and all four ended up being left to toss out. What a complete disappointment.

One of the best deliveries I’ve had in a very long time! I contacted the store and spoke to Emma the manager on duty and she was extremely sweet and very very bright! Thank you, Pizza Hut for making my night. Thank you to the delivery guy as well! Got my food here less than the time that it was supposed to be here and I so appreciate that! What happened to these guys? We pay a ton more money and get way less! What a shame because, in the old days we would look forward to going to pizza hut. Now we hold our breath wondering what will go wrong this time. Ingredients are never fresh and our orders are never hot even when we go ourselves to pick it up! I wish there was an alfy’s close by! Unfortunately they are closing left and right! I will not, ever go back to pizza hut! Its not worth the money or the time!!

I really enjoy coming to this location, and any conflicts have always been met with fairness in return. However, today, when I walked in to receive and things took a weird/awkward turn. I walked in to receive my order, about 3 minutes after it was ready. Upon walking in, I was told to wait to the side until I heard my name. They didn’t ask my name and then made me wait another 15 minutes.
They said they said my name already and that it was my fault for the delay. They didn’t even give me a chance to tell them my name as they kept walking away to the back and listing off other orders. I felt it was a bit rude to push me to the side before asking the name for my order. Had I received actual service, I would have been in/out. I ordered ahead of time to avoid waiting…
I’m blessed this wasn’t my lunch break or I would of been screwed over. I really have compassion for most situations, but this felt like rude consumer and poor service today, unfortunately. I do feel bad because aside from today, every other experience has been amazing. My pizza was still good least.
It definitely steered me away from coming back to this location for a while.

I had received an email from the company about a brand new kind of pizza that could be ordered at the store. When I got to the location, the people in the store didn’t have a clue about the new product or even how to find the price. I had to research online and find out that because I was 2 minutes after 5:00, I was not able to order the new thing for the reduced price. Very very frustrating. I would highly recommend that they work on training the employees to know exactly what’s going on with new items.

One night I was feeling slightly peckish, so I ordered a delicious ham and pineapple pizza and garlic bread from this fine establishment. One hour and thirty minutes after ordering, a rather young and portly chap came to my door with my sustenance. They got my pizza wrong and didn’t give me garlic bread but insisted I try it anyways. It was one of the most delicious meals of my life! Ten out of ten, I would most definetly order from here again. 😀

I ordered the Big Dinner Box expecting what was advertised, but instead was given two plain round hand-tossed pizzas with no seasoning or flavor — no explanation or notice at all. The cheesy bread was bland and dry, lacking any of the garlic or cheesy flavor it’s supposed to have. Even the boneless wings were disappointing — noticeably smaller and lacking quality.
What’s even more frustrating is that when you leave a negative review, Pizza Hut always replies with a generic “please contact us at this email so we can make it right” — but they never respond. It feels like they don’t actually care about customer satisfaction, just appearances.
Very disappointing experience overall. I won’t be ordering from them again.
