The owner/manager is always there working hard alongside staff and always greets me with a genuine smile and interaction. He was so kind and happy to see me when it had been a while since I had been there (just had a change in routine) he hooked me up with generous sizes for what I ordered and said he was happy to see me again! I really appreciate the sincere human interaction and him remembering me.
Ill always recommend this place for their quality food and service. It’s refreshing to have real food and real humans! Thanks guys!

They have a lot of healthy good tasting options here for any time of the day. You can get a bowl or a shake or just a quick snack. they have fresh fruits, granola, Nutella and tons of add ons. I was indecisive and changed my mind last minute and they were accommodating. The place is clean and cute decorated with fruits and natural elements. The guy is friendly and he works quickly . The prices are ok or reasonable. They have energy drinks and seating areas. Tons of space and parking as well.

I was about to run to d donuts for lunch as usual but somehow I heard an inside voice saying “change your habits!”. Then I found this place on google. Thank Goodness for you guys!!!!!! I have watched this business evolve over the past 10 years and can say that the current state of Empower Nutrition is at its highest levels. The addition of the Healthy Meals is outstanding. Great tasting Healthy options up and down their menu, which I am currently taste testing everything. All made fresh with the best ingredients. This is a must stop..the steak and egg sandwich is outstanding..Great Job. Can’t wait for.my next meal.

Fantastic food, the staff is welcoming and courteous. Once you step in you feel as if you are in a commercial, in the sense that you step into a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Empower if you are looking for a healthy nutritious meal of any kind and the shakes are top notch. *BTW, I’m not a shake guy and I came back the next day for another one.

So delicious ! The food came out hot and you could tell it was fresh. I got the chicken stir fry and added shrimp and it was nothing short of amazing. Probably the best food I’ve had at a nutrition store. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back .
