Every time I order one of these mac and cheese they never, ever give you what you pay for. Everything is expensive enough, anyone spending money is expecting products for thier money, I get it, but when you are constantly getting shorted, with the same product, what are you supposed to do? Ik I should have looked before I left but I didn’t because I was in a rush. 13$ for a FAMILY SIZE MAC AND CHEESE, AND THEY CAN’T EVEN GET THAT RIGHT. I OPENED THE CONTAINER AND IT IS SHORT AT LEAST A SERVING. I have 6 family members to feed, I guess I will SACRIFICE my share because I didn’t look. AT LEAST THE PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING THE FOOD AND FILLING CONTAINERS COULD FILL IT TO THE TOP. I’M MISSING A WHOLE SERVING. BRIDGEPORT WAWA DOES THIS TOO. TIRED OF NOT GETTING WHAT I PAY FOR. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE PAYING FOR THE FOOD AND DON’T WANT TO GIVE OUT WHAT SHOULD BE. I’M DONE, AFTER THIS I’M GOING ON THE WAWA APP AND COMPLAIN TO THEM TOO.

This is my first visit to a Wawa location. It’s definitely not a Buc ees. It’s kind of a mixture between a Circle K and a 7-Eleven. They have lots of treats called and warm. It’s a cool little spot clean restroom plenty of parking 10 out of 10 recommend coming by. They have sandwiches they have fresh fruit. You can have a hoagie made. They have hot coffee. They have cold drinks. They have beer. They have pretty much everything you could want. Candy cookies all the things ice cream everything you need for a road trip offer for lunch.

For a suburban Wawa a few blocks away from the second or third largest mall in the United States, and the closet one that is one of the newer, larger designs with gas pumps (as opposed to old dumpy one further south off of 202 on Gulph Road, which is a nightmare to get in and out of), the fact that this isn’t a 5 star location all around shows you how sheepish most people are today. People settle for run of the mill locations, poor customer service, and lack luster food all for the sake of convenience while they chase whatever society is telling them to this day, week, month, year. The staff, at least some, try their best, but this isn’t in the top thirty of Wawa locations and shame on the company and the regulars for allowing this location to become just another run of the mill spot.

The Wawa in King of Prussia is my very favorite Wawa, hands down! The AGM, Kyle Bagley, really cares about his store and making sure everything and his customers are very well taken care of. The store is very clean and always stocked up. He also pays attention to everything you say and is very kind and considerate. Kyle is amazing and an asset to your organization, as I am sure you well know. He is the reason, I love that store! I am very glad that he’s there! And I believe he should be fast tracked higher up! Even when you talk with him, you can see that he pays attention to what is happening in the store, while listening attentively to what you are saying to him. He doesn’t miss anything! I have never seen a busier or well run Wawa than the King of Prussia store. And I have never seen Kyle frazzled with the sheer volume of people coming in the store. Again, he is amazing. I can’t imagine how he does it, and seemingly, so effortlessly! Whoever hired him, deserves a lot of praise also, for choosing him!

We came in the morning after a wedding and ordered a couple of sandwiches. Immediately after placing the order, the ticket printed to the employee and she said “oh my god are you kidding me”. We watched her making other sandwiches and she was complaining to the other employee the whole time. Once we opened our sandwiches in the car, we noticed she literally didn’t add any of the toppings we requested other than the onions. She seemed so miserable to have to do her job, we couldn’t understand why because she is working at the sandwich station then annoyed that she has to make sandwiches?

Both pumps for inflating tires don’t work. Just even more. The staff does not fix the pumps and, at the request to hang an announcement so that people could see that the pumps are not working, they do not react. I just needed to pump up the tire a little. In the end, Announcements that the pumps are broken.
