This is a hidden gem here in Alton, the place is behind some building in a small food truck area. I had seen it on TikTok and fb various times but never tried it, but now that I did it’s probably the best place to go get your rolls. All I have to say is that everything was so DELICIOUS!!, great portions and the prices are really good, you really do get your moneys worth.

What a lucky find! I wanted to take sushi to a small gathering but didn’t want to drive all the way to McAllen so I just googled places close to me. I was surprised to see a sushi place so close to my area! So, I took a gamble and bought a combo. The food was delicious and plentiful. I ordered combo 6 with two rolls, fried rice and cucumber salad. The rolls were flavorful and big. The rice was seasoned perfectly, not oily at all. The salad was simple, but refreshing. Overall, this was a great dining experience. Everyone asked for the business information to buy a plate later on. We all live close by but didn’t know about it, hopefully word gets out. Give it a try!

Absolutely loved the whole combo with the fried rice, one sushi rollo, and the cucumber salad. The fried rice is incredible, loved it. I got the Spicy Salmon and it was delicious. I can’t wait to go again and tried a new roll.

The sushi was delicious and well served! I tried the vegetarian Nolana Roll with a soy paper substitution instead of seaweed, and it was perfect. It’s a food truck behind another business. The service was quick, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I mean this when I say this—Sushi Millot has some of the BEST sushi ever! I always order either the Chester Roll or the California Roll & they come perfect! They’re so nicely packaged. Don’t forget to mention— THE PORTIONS!! The portions are the best for the prices! Please try!!

I learned of this food truck by word of mouth and I can honestly say I AM NOT disappointed! I treated my parents to this yummy goodness and they fell in tummy love too! Excellent service and quality. Well served, large rolls and great portions. Their menu is extremely affordable. So darn good!
