They gave me a store credit; however, I am so disgusted that I will never use it. I won’t be ordering from this place ever again. My pizza was undercooked, and to think we have sickness going around, they touched our pizza bare-handed and didn’t make sure the oven cooked our food all the way. It just doesn’t sit well with me. So, I deserved a refund on the pizza, but I only got offered a credit. Domino’s, even when you’re in a rush, quality is supposed to be a priority over quantity. At least, that’s what I believe.

We’ve had take out pizza from this Domino’s before, and it was good. We decided to order two sandwiches in the app for pick up at the drive-thru. When we got home, we opened the boxes to find one sandwich and an order of “cheddar bacon loaded tots” that were very burnt instead (see photo). I called the manager and he offered to either refund or replace the sandwich (I chose replace).
Returned to store’s drive-thru to pick up missing sandwich and I showed manager the burned tots. He shrugged and said they always burned because the cheese melts off the tots in the oven. He apologized for the mix-up and gave me my missing sandwich but I was disturbed by his cavalier attitude and the laughs from the employees behind him that had overheard.
Went back home and ate our sandwiches. Honestly, they were very good, definitely better than expected, with plenty of fillings and good fresh bread.
Honestly, I’m more disappointed that no one cared that I was given burnt food than that my order was mixed up. The manager apologized for the mix up, but tried to justify giving burned food to customers. It makes no sense to me.

I legit live walking distance away from this store but I’m sick so I ordered delivery anyway. The app said it was a 30 min delivery time. After an hour I checked the app again the driver was “on the way” but had multiple deliveries ahead of me so it would take 40 minutes for him to drop off my pizza… no I don’t want pizza that’s been sitting in a bag getting soggy for 40 minutes! I called to cancel my order and the manager got mad and hung up on me…

First and last time I will ever order from this place. After getting my order the cheese bread is over cooked and the pizza I order was supposed to have extra sauce. I’ve never had a dryer pizza in my life. So if you order regular, I assume it means no sauce. I called and they said they were going to make a replacement order, I pull up to the window and the guy tries to justify it and pretty much ‘correct’ me and tell me it was right. I guess he’s trying to argue with me in a polite way instead of just saying I’m sorry and giving me my d*** order. So heads up to everyone ordering from this location, they “weigh everything” so if your pizza tastes like cardboard with no sauce then you might need to let the manager know the scale is off/ broken then.

I have an overall five due to the fact I never rate a five unless it is a true dining experience. Needless to say, this location is excellent with delivery and order accuracy. Great job! I have used this Dominos location for years now and things have only gotten better. I have never had a late order, bad service, or any issues. The drivers are nice and fast, and they always say thank you. Pizza is comfort food; and as such, I enjoy it at home and have only used their delivery. I cannot attest to the actual location. Great job all the way around!!!!! Keep up the good job!

I ordered pizza had it delivered wrote in comments I only had $100.00 when guy got there he said he could not break it so then he tried to get me to drive to the store to pay him I said woah so I had to call dominos and finally got him paid and when I got inside the 4 sauces I paid for were missing and the pizza was not done in the middle this picture proves that! For my first time ordering pizza and paying high prices for delivery you would think they would have gotten my order correct but ummm no very disappointed in dominos and even more for how they acted towards me about the issue!
