Baked goods are out of this world!!
I’ve tried so many things here but the butterfinger cheesecake, the triple chocolate cupcake, and the handmade oatmeal cream pie and chocolate chip sandwiches are insanely good. Way more food and better than you’ll get at like crumbl or something for the same price point. Super cute atmosphere and great location along a little shopping street. Everyone who works here is super kind. They also have Orange-aide, it’s so refreshing. As well as dirty sodas and floats. 12/10 I love this place. If you are local or passing through seriously stop in!

This is my absolute favorite local spot for treats, and the kids events on top of it all?! Absolutely amazing.
Ok so here are the basic details –
Breakfast: get the cinnamon bun, or the fresh biscuits & gravy. Seriously southern home baking at its best. They’ve also got croissant breakfast sandwiches and all sorts of flavors of cinnamon rolls that they create. Great for a fast breakfast that’s not from a drive thru.
Drinks: dirty sodas that change seasonally, and fresh squeezed lemonade & orangeade which I’ll be real honest can turn around the worst day FAST. I’ve had some of the milkshakes and floats which are all good too, it’s all made to order. BUT they’ve got an option to turn a cupcake into a milkshake and it’s freaking fantastic.
Sweets: there are so many options it’s hard to pick a few favorites, but I usually go for the cheesecake, cookies, or cannoli. It’s all baked fresh where you can see them working and doing it all from scratch, and so it always smells incredible when you walk in. I bake a lot at home and so I’m super picky when I buy baked goods anywhere, and this place gets it right every single time. Lots of fun flavors for cupcakes and I love that there are new options every week. She’s done a few custom orders for me and is so easy to work with, we were absolutely thrilled with each one.
Breads & savory stuff: yeast rolls, sourdough loaves, or even homemade bagel bites and goldfish. It’s all great, you really can’t go wrong with any of it. And the garlic cheese knots with pizza sauce?! Oh my gosh… perfection.
Events: they offer kids events with games and activities (our favorite yet was the Polar Express) and cookie decorating classes for adults! I’ve seen a couple charity events too but haven’t been able to go to one of those yet.
Overall, this is EXACTLY the kind of small business Stanley needs, and one I’m so excited is close to us here in Mount Holly!

Whats not to love about the cutest little bakery in Stanley?! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel so welcomed and know that whatever treat you get is about to make your day extra special. EVERYTHING here is amazing but I especially love the biscuits and gravy on a Saturday morning as well as ANY and ALL Cheesecakes they offer. I have never had anything that wasn’t 5 star worthy and I hope you’ll stop in and see for yourself what all the rave is about!

Run, don’t walk to this small town bakery! It’s hard to know what to hype up the most, but I’ll start with the strawberry and blueberry cream cheese rolls. These things are so good you’ll need to repent for the things they’ll make you want to say while eating. Throw in a slice of the best cheesecake you’ve ever had (plenty of flavors to choose from) and you’re well on your way to the best sweet stop experience in Gaston County and beyond!

I came in to purchase cupcakes for my child’s birthday and selected several. Unfortunately, when we got home to celebrate, we discovered that all of the cupcakes were frozen solid. At $5 per cupcake, this was very disappointing, as we were unable to enjoy them at the time of the celebration.
We allowed them to thaw before trying them, but once they were ready, the cupcakes were extremely dry, and the flavor was not enjoyable. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially given the occasion and the price point.
Secondly, the establishment did not appear very clean. They operate with an “open kitchen” concept, which I personally found unprofessional, as the area looked messy and unsanitary.

The checkout lady was nice, but the encounter was a little awkward but that’s not really my issue. I got cupcakes, and they were frozen. The icing was still completely frozen, & the cupcake itself was sooooo dry. Not to mention the flavor just wasn’t really there.
Honestly just wouldn’t recommend. I could have made better at home and saved the $15 I spent on 3 cupcakes.

Recommended Shanan to cater my son’s wedding… cake and all the little treats that went with it… BIG MISTAKE. The cake looked NOTHING like the inspiration photo and most of the “treats” were anything but. When I complained she told me I didn’t pay for it so it was not my business or place to complain or say anything to her about it. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYTHING FOR OR FROM HER AGAIN.
