Let’s play should get more love. I came in on a Saturday afternoon thinking that I was going to go get Chinese food. I saw that turkey bacon and avocado sandwich on the menu and had to have it. The manager was so accommodating and so professional.

If you have not tried HoneyBaked for lunch then you should. I also was able to reserve my ham for turkey day and was able to engage about other opportunities.

Every year we pick up a 8 to 10 pound honeybaked ham. This year the pick up was a little different. We had to wait if we had a reservation but the line move quickly. The ham itself was completely dried out! Normally, it’s over halfway gone or completely gone, everyone that tried it and said it was not good because there’s no crust on the outside and no real flavor.
When I unwrapped it to heat it up, I noticed the crust was limited to not there. I didn’t think it was gonna affect the ham as much as it did not sure if we’ll order again. Definitely a waste of $100

The store manager has no idea how to prepare for upcoming orders or schedule her team to be able to service shoppers. We arrived at 11:30am on 12/13 to pick up hams (with gift cards from the company I work for). Since there isn’t a honey baked ham store near us, we drove over 2 hours to pick up for 7 team members. The store manager came out and explained she only had 1 ham and she couldn’t get in touch with her glazer since he was off but allegedly on call.

If you have a reservation, technically you are classified as a walk-in (as if you did not have a reservation). The only line that is moving is the ones that pre-paid online for your ham (which seems like the preferred thing to do). In the past if you had a reservation, that was of great help, but here today in this line, I should not have even bothered. There is a lady that pops up outside to tell everyone which line to be in periodically, but there is no signage just in case she leaves. The line with prepaid pickups have more staff available than those with reservations and walk in, so the wait is longer.
I used to go to the one in Woodlands (which is a smaller location), but ran more efficiently. Since I live closer to this location, I thought I would be doing better by coming here. Don’t think that was a wise choice. First time, and prolly the last coming here.

The two workers were very kind, patient, and generous. I had made a mistake when ordering my food and I wasn’t satisfied with my food but they took care of it and even gave me free chips they were super helpful with me, after I got my corrected order they offered me 2 free sandwiches next time I visit. If I’m being honest, every time I come here to shop they always get me right and never disappoint, this is honestly the best service and if there’s any little mistake they fix it and make sure I’m happy with my service and purchase.

I had to get a quick bite before a meeting and tried The Honeybaked sandwich and it was delicious! The staff here was wonderful and so friendly. Y’all go try this crazy tasty sandwich I highly recommend this location!
