I want to say I love the interior and everything and the coffee is good hence why I didn’t 1 star. But sadly the food is super inconsistent, I first came here on monday and now it is thursday and I am confused on how the avocado toast is completely different. There is no arugula and honestly its as if they are winging it instead of having a proper menu structure?? I am sorry but paying almost $30 for a coffee, avocado toast, and egg bites and my avocado toast is lacking pretty much everything. I had to get the toast remade today as it had zero tomato on it and this is now what they handed me I feel conned and quite frankly have zero desire to come back. The girl who I talked to was very friendly but sadly good customer service does not give me incentive to pay money for poor quality food, I want what I am paying for not getting a few shreds of cheese, a few tomatoes, the thinnest spread of avocado, and my toast all cut up. I had high hopes for this place after my first visit and now extremely disappointed…

Never going back!!! So disappointed in this place. I had been recommended it by a few folks in my office and have had not one, not two, but now three disappointing orders. They’ve messed up my food twice – wildly overpriced food I might add! And their coffee is just terrible! I got an iced chai latte that was straight milk. Pretty sure it was as expensive as a Starbucks one too. Would love to support the local shops over a chain store but sure as heck not this one!!!!

I’ve always enjoyed Santos Coffee, especially the Hoover location, which consistently offers fresh ingredients and great quality. Unfortunately, this visit to a different location was disappointing.
The crepes came with soggy strawberries and overripe bananas, and not nearly enough Nutella which was unexpected—especially given the price. As someone who’s enjoyed crepes around the world, this fell short of the standard I’ve come to expect.
That said, I’m always open to giving places another try, and I hope to update this review with a better experience in the future. As of now I don’t recommend.

I stopped by Santos Coffee in Acton for the second time and was really impressed again. The place feels cozy and welcoming, and the staff was so friendly. I chatted with Noah, who told me they actually grow their own coffee beans in Guatemala, which is amazing. You can really taste the quality, my latte was one of the best I’ve had. The food was great too, fresh and made with care. Such a nice spot all around, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cute atmosphere – I’d love to come here to study or get some work done. However the most important thing fell flat on its face. My husband and I got a hot regular latte & an iced latte with oat milk. Both were flavorless & had barely any coffee taste – all I could taste was the milk that wasn’t frothed properly so it wasn’t smooth or sweet. Cute shop but they need to invest in better quality beans, equipment, or baristas. One of the worst latte’s we’ve ever had, wasn’t worth $14. Our hotel coffee was in par.

Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing coffee experiences I’ve had in a while. I stopped by Santos Coffee on Acton Rd. hoping for a relaxing morning, but it was anything but that. The place looked nice at first, but the atmosphere quickly went downhill — loud, disorganized, and no one seemed to care about the customers.
I ordered an iced latte, and it tasted watered down, like the espresso was weak or old. The barista didn’t seem interested in getting it right, and when I politely mentioned it, I got a shrug instead of any effort to fix it. The tables were sticky, and there were empty cups left around with no one cleaning up.
It’s frustrating because this location has potential, but it really feels like no one is managing it properly. For the prices they charge, I expected fresh coffee and decent service, not this level of carelessness. Definitely not worth another visit.

Went to Cahaba location. Love the decor but the vibe is cold. I won’t be going again. No acknowledgement from the staff when I walked up to the counter. The girl literally just stood there and waited for me to speak. No thank you. Opportunity to tip though.
I couldn’t smell the coffee when I walked in so I didn’t get any. A cafe with its main producet is coffee should smell like coffee. Had a designer water instead.

I’m so torn about this review. I stopped in to get breakfast and a coffee for my drive down to Gulf Shores to see family. I was excited because I had been wanting to try this coffee business for a while! The inside is very well put together and a great study space. The servers were kind and greeted me. First, my caramel latte was given to me hot even though I ordered it iced, they promptly fixed that and the coffee tasted delicious. My food came out and it was a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant when I had ordered an everything bagel instead. I was in a rush so I just asked if they could just give me a toasted bagel and I’d switch it out myself. She apologized and said she didn’t mind remaking it, but I just wanted to get out of there. Once I got my food and was on my way, everything was delicious. It was just frustrating to have almost every aspect of my order wrong. I’d definitely give this place another shot, but I’d go to a different location.

I had the Banana Berry Smoothie with an energy shot and it was really, really, really flavorful, refreshing, and gave me the perfect boost I needed for the day. I went through the drive-thru and didn’t even realize they had an inside, so I can’t wait to come back, sit in, and make this my new favorite work spot. Excited to try more of what they offer.

This was my first visit. I expected a personal coffee shop feel. The person in the drive thru was sitting Indian style on the counter. with shoes on.. The person who brought the coffee to the window was whispering and asked if I paid before handing me the coffee. The third person who came to the window also was whispering. The coffee was not tasteful. So, I asked for sugar and if they had flavored cream. She said I can put it in a cup. Well she gave me a tiny cup of milk and 4pks of Splenda. The coffee nor the sandwich were hot. I also did not expect Sausage Rings in a sandwich. Interesting. I won’t be back.
