Well, Jersey Mike’s is feeling the sting of inflation as well.. now a single layer of turkey and provolone shaved so thin you can see thru it! I mentioned to the guy making my sub tonight (06/25/2022) that was the skimpiest sub I have seen them make in the 13+ years I have been going there! He didn’t care and said nothing.. In fact, he was more concerned with his co-worker and yelled at him for not cleaning the board after making a sub, then shoved my sub at him to finish up.. awkward . I will not be returning there again, plenty of other good sub places around..

When I arrived I found out that a food delivery person had come in just before I got there and accidentally took my order. The 3 very nice ladies that was working, very quickly remade my order, and offered me a free bottle of my favorite pop while I waited. I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes for my order since I had a free cold bottle of pop to enjoy. The subs and brownies were very delicious!! All 3 ladies deserve their own 5 stars!!!!!

Online order for two basic subs- turkey and cheese and ham and cheese. When I got home they both had raw rolls- I can’t say I have ever had a sub with raw bread- mine also had wrong condiments on it. Gross.

Great food as always, but disappointed there is no sign requesting customers be masked. Only one out of 4 employees masked and most customers not masked. Hard to believe with how contagious this latest strain is along with the regular flu. Please be courteous of your fellow humans.

Pretty sure this location is closed permanently now. Their subs & their staff were highly inconsistent at this spot. What a shame as Jersey Mike’s is an awesome brand and with staff upgrades and consistent quality this location would be a real winner. Hopefully they have a new grand re-opening with new staff that actually cares about making great subs. Buyer Beware for now until you see a new staff or announcements as it’s closed for business

Places an online order and arrived at the time stated upon order completion and had to wait 20 more minutes for the sub to be completed.
The sub hadn’t even been started when I got to the store and the staff was unfriendly and uninterested.
As I’m waiting and scrolling through my phone, as most people do, my order was ready unbeknownst to me or the employee that apparently gives you your order.
The wait was that much longer.
I second guessed using this store and should’ve went with that instinct.
This will be the last time I use this store for my Jersey Mike’s order.

Ordered lunch through their website. The order completed and pick-up time was 11:23. I waited in the store until 11:53, and I was told my order would be made in the next (20 minutes after pickup time). Watched multiple orders be made before mine was. left at 11:53 to return back to work. Emailed Jersey Mikes for a refund and heard nothing back. The staff and I will no longer order from their.

Absolutely disgusting. I went in on 3/13/25 and the person in front of me said he didn’t want his sandwich anymore because the guy on the line sweated over it. I turn to look at the employee and sure enough he has sweat dripping down his nose and coming off of him. His shirt was also soaked in sweat. Luckily when I got my sandwich he was in the back wiping off the sweat. When he came back one of the employees had asked what happened with the sandwich and he admitted to sweating on it. He was simply just put back on the line. Do not come here until they change this. I’m not advocating for termination but just put him on the register, away from the food. The customer that didn’t want the sub wasn’t even apologized to. He simply went to sit down to wait for his friend that got a hot sub. Highly disappointing. Makes me uneasy just thinking of all of the to-go orders.
