I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad but I had a great experience. Two days in a row I’ve ordered almost the same thing. And each time it was hot and fresh. My smoothie was great too. There was one guy working and he was very polite and efficient with making the food. I’m actually very surprised with how packed the tropical smoothie got and he tackled each order promptly. Great location, and great service. ☺️

Had a friend come in yesterday and placed an order. The açaí bowl was completely frozen. They asked for a refund and Yash told them rudely “they all come frozen! I can take you back to the freezer and show it is frozen!” He then REFUSED to give a refund. They tried to leave a review and it was deleted. When someone asks for a refund you give it to the customer. Just give the client the money back and take the product. They didn’t want it. Yash needs a lesson in customer service.

Love this place at other locations, ordered my usual bowl here and it almost had no topping. Then another time I thought I ordered from my usual location, an hr away, they refused to help fix the situation. which any other mobile ordering restaurants i have done this with always makes it right, but on top they were rude about it.

Called 4 times and wouldn’t even ring. Accidentally ordered here when I dont even live in Illinois. Called for a refund never got it. Never got an answer. Website to contact leads to NOTHING. THIS PLACE SUCKS. No email listed 0 contacts for management.

Love this place! However, y’all need to seriously hire more workers. Everytime I’ve came recently, it’s this same guy all by himself. This location can be pretty busy, so 1 person is not efficient. Not his fault, but it causes it to take longer than it should to make my order.

I don’t know why this is the default location for ft. Dodge Iowa. My mistake, but they wouldn’t refund and I have no one to complain to. I told them to give the food to the homeless, if they did I’ll give some stars back.

Everything tasted fine except for the Greek yogurt on my smoothie bowl which was rotten and gave me awful food poisoning. My friend who asked for the yogurt in her smoothie also got sick. Please throw out spoiled ingredients and inspect them.

Was excited to try this, but the food was extremely bland. I got the santa fe quesadilla and it wasn’t even cheesy, and there was no flavor… even with the sauce. The sweet potato’s were soggy. The flatbread was so dry and also flavorless. Not to mention the price you pay for the small portions. I should’ve just made better food at home, I won’t be coming back.
