Not really great customer service but not bad either. They were really accommodating because the sandwich I wanted they no longer had but they were quick to come up with something that was extremely similar and in my opinion better. The avocado toast however was more like guacamole spread on toast. I didn’t really care for that but the sandwich with the plant-based Patty and the Southwest egg and the cheese that was amazing and my son’s chicken sandwich must have been good because he inhaled it… . Very reasonably priced as well and clean.

Ran down place. Not great or professional customer service. The food remains DD quality, but the attitude, cleanliness atencion of care, kindness, friendliness of the attendees is the worse!

Visited this Dunkin Donuts about 1:30 in the afternoon pretty much empty. I was greeted by a nice person working behind the counter who took my order in a professional way. I have been going to Dunkin Donuts since the 1980s. My favorite is the sausage egg and cheese croissant and dark coffee. Dunkin Donuts was founded in Quincy Massachusetts by Bill Rosenberg and he originally named it “Open Kettle”. It was an architect who worked for Rosenberg who came up with the name “Dunkin Donuts. The store was very clean and the food was excellent. Will stop here again on my way to Daytona down Route A1A.

Use the drive thru. This is the worst DD that I have ever been to and I love DD. The bagels are stale. Went there yesterday and ordered a half dozen of doughnuts. Don’t let them pick the doughnuts for you. One of the jelly doughnuts was mashed flat, had no filling in it and no sugar on the outside, but they served it anyway: Big disappointment. Also, at 1036AM, sold out of almost every doughnut in the case. I don’t think that the manager has very good preparation prior to Labor Day weekend. When they put the cream cheese on the bagels it is a mess. Thick on one side to nothing on the other side. Anyway, why are they in such a hurry that they make such a mess out of each order. I live here and I will never go there again.

I would give it less than one star if it was an option! I was the only one in line waited four and a half minutes for them to take my order then when I got my coffee which I ordered with oat milk I got it with regular milk and it was ice cold I will never go back to that dunkin’ donuts again.

This Dunkin’ Donuts in Ormond by the sea is awesome! The staff is super friendly always served with a smile. It is my go to. You cannot be the five dollar morning meal that they have going on.

Coffee tastes like soap! I’m not happy about this, since I really appreciate that this place is open so early and the people working that early are alway upbeat and friendly! But why is the coffee tasting like SOAP all the sudden??? I tried calling to let them know so I wouldn’t have to give them a bad review, but the line doesn’t work!! Sorry guys!
