We absolutely loved stopping at Theo’s for breakfast. It’s exactly what a local diner should be—warm, welcoming, and great food. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel like a regular the moment we walked through the door.
The homemade creamed chipped beef was the real standout. It’s savory, hearty, and clearly made from scratch—easily some of the best I’ve had in the area. The portions were generous and the service was quick. If you’re looking for a great meal and a friendly atmosphere in Newville, this is the place to go!

Great little place! Their loaded potato soup was delicious and extra warm! I had their Reuben which was also very good! The sweet little waitress sold the hubby on their bbq chicken melt and he was not disappointed! If you’re in the area stop by and have yourself a great meal at a decent price!

Great little local diner, in a very small town. We travel to Newville from the midwest, we were very happy to see that there was a diner open in the wee small hours of the morning when we arrived.
All of the diner classics are here, from omelettes to skillets to steak and eggs. Solid stuff, and we enjoyed everything we had. Coffee was good too.
Service was great, and everything came out promptly. Bathrooms were a bit dirty, but certainly useable.
We’ll be back!

The food is good and the people are so very nice. It’s not too far off the highway. Way better than any fast food spot. They do have all day breakfast as well.

Had a wonderful lunch at a new restaurant in Newville. My wife had chicken fingers and I had the horseradish cheeseburger. Finished off with peanut butter pie. We will be back thumbs up to everyone service and the food was great. Started off with fried pickles

My son and I had dinner at Theo’s on Tuesday night. It was not busy, as it was near closing time, but as soon as we walked in, the lone server working-London-made us feel welcome n right at home. We had breakfast for dinner, one of Colt’s favorite meals. Wish I had taken pictures. Colt had French toast, bacon and eggs. I had a pancake with one egg. The food was made quickly, and tasted delicious. Colt ate every single bite. Even though it was nearly closing time, London never made us feel rushed to leave. The price was extremely reasonable and it was overall enjoyable experience. To the owner of Theo’s, you should give London some well deserved praise, maybe even a raise. She’s a keeper, the type of server who will have your guests coming back time and again.

On a street corner, parking out back. Small place. Not busy but some tables were sitting dirty. Food was hot. Wish there was more to it though for the price.

Months ago, I threw my over-priced, nasty-tasting order out that I got from the LAME Newville Diner. I decided that the prices and tastes from Theo’s Diner can NOT be beat! Even if the other place re-opens and gives out FREE food, I will ONLY order from Theo’s Diner!
